The hands of the two adults, Ricky Martin and his gay lover Jwan Yosef, were their first daughters through surrogacy after marriage.
Ricky Martin and Jwan Yosef began dating in 2016 and proposed in November of the same year. Ricky Martin also described the proposal process in detail on a show: "I got down on one knee and pulled out a small box and didn't say' but 'I bought you something!'" The boyfriend didn't even finish listening to the question, he agreed, and said, "I'm willing to spend my life with you!" The two were married in January 2017.
In 2008, Martin gave birth to twin sons through surrogacy with his mysterious ex-girlfriend Ayiguli Amat, who are now ten years old. In 2010, he came out publicly and received support and blessings from fans.
