Monty: I was a big fool when I first started coaching, but there's a good chance I still am

Live Bar July 8, yesterday, the Suns beat the Bucks, the Finals are currently a big score 1-0 lead. After training today, Suns coach Monty Williams was interviewed.

Speaking about my growth as a coach over the years, Monti said: "When I first started coaching the New Orleans Hornets, I heard a lot of comments about me, from the players and staff. ”

"At that time I was too focused on coaching and winning, so there were times when I was really strict with the players. And now I'm going to try more to think about how to express what I mean that seems more acceptable to everyone. That's how I grew up; I try to express myself more effectively instead of saying the right thing all. ”

"I think you should ask someone like Paul about this, who was in that Hornets at the time, and we still work together." I was more of a fool then than I am now, and of course, I may still be a fool now, but I don't think it matters. ”
