The norm for the great health: both peaceful and welcoming

author:Xu Jinsheng

The so-called "oneness consciousness" and "borderless awareness" are a high realm of consciousness. So, after reaching "oneness consciousness" and "borderless awareness," what will happen to us in terms of emotional states? What kind of emotional experiences will we have? Or from another point of view, what should the normal state of a person with great health look like? Of course, it cannot be said that we will fall into a frenzy of madness, nor that we will be indifferent to everything as some who claim to see through everything.

Our state will be both welcoming and peaceful. Our passion is truly intrinsic passion. A distinction should be made between "enthusiasm" and "fanaticism". What "enthusiasm" and "fanaticism" have in common is the rise of energy. The difference between the two is:

1. Enthusiasm is based on a high degree of self-awareness and understanding of the environment, confident, easy to achieve the purpose, in this process is easy to produce "flow" or even orgasm experience, peak experience, fanaticism has a great component of wishful thinking, a tendon, it is inevitable that "the heart can not eat hot tofu", "pulling seedlings to promote growth".

2. Enthusiasm retains a certain sobriety in the rise of energy, while fanaticism is only a blind impulse;

3. Enthusiasm is to face any necessary thing, you can do it with enthusiasm, and if you can't achieve the goal, go with the flow. Fanaticism can also be full of enthusiasm, but once frustrated, it is like falling into the abyss.

4. Enthusiasm is the ability to be in it and to be able to transcend it. Mania is a swing and jump between mania and depression, from one extreme to another.

Tranquility and insensitivity are also completely different:

1. Tranquility is "emptiness", the elimination of mental disorders, and numbness is a defense mechanism.

2. Tranquility is the concentration of being everywhere in the present moment, and numbness is unresponsiveness or even unresponsiveness.

3. Tranquility is "mindlessness", not inaction.

4. Tranquility is "quiet as a virgin, moving like a rabbit", numbness is the lack of vitality.

Understanding the above is useful in helping us to experience our own energy states, to identify some of the practitioners, and to be wary of ourselves.

In short, oneness consciousness, awareness without borders, is pleasant. When we need it, we can achieve it through practice and cultivation.

In my personal experience, swimming in the sea, not in a swimming pool, not even in a river, is an effective way to exercise awareness of oneness, without borders. Of course, this must be watery to a certain extent before it can be easily generated.

Sometimes, too, we often inadvertently develop a sense of oneness. So, what happens to us after it is produced? We also need to return to real life and deal with all kinds of problems. This is what the so-called Buddhists mean a lot: "Don't do nothing, don't live and don't do anything." ”
