"Breaking Dawn" is a collection of short stories by Taiwanese literary scholar Mr. Zhu Xining. Although it is the first time to read Mr. Zhu Xining's works, the protagonists in the works are mostly the "old generation" who have some distance from us, but they are deeply attracted by the five-flavor life described by Mr. Zhu Xining's words, and there is no way to extricate themselves.

As I wrote this article, I tried to recall which of the characters in the work was more touching, but unfortunately found it difficult to define. Ms. Zhu Tiantian, the daughter of Mr. Zhu Xining, said that her father has always been watching his own era and has always tried to capture the current world through words. Perhaps, it is precisely because of this perseverance that Mr. Zhu Xining's character image has a unique personality and is vivid and vivid.

The protagonist of "Breaking Dawn", Lao San, went to Yamen on an errand on the first day and was frightened by what he saw in front of him. The third elder was able to enter the gate as an errand because the third father spent five stones of wheat in exchange, and it can be seen that the old third family is in a good situation, and although he is married, he is still held in the palm of his hand by his father.

On that day, the county's grand old man's lawsuit was slightly similar to that of "Dou E'e", and the old third saw that xu Zhoushi was being tried and tortured, subverting the old third's cognition of Yamen, and the third elder told himself in his heart - I can't eat this line of food, I can't stand this - the third elder decided that this was both his first day of errands and his last day of errands.

To eat is to live, and to eat this kind of food is to eat people to death. How can people be so patient!

The third elder could not look directly at the indifference of the county grand master and other servants, and the third elder told himself that even if the five stones of wheat were lost, they could not continue to stand in this yamen hall. However, when the third elder was confused and was pushed into the hall by the black eight to impersonate a witness, the third elder naturally made a false confession.

Fortunately, the sky is always breaking, and there is always a sun every day! It is a sentence written by Mr. Zhu Xining at the end of "Breaking Dawn". The dialogue between the third elder and the black eight is intriguing, and the coldness of the black eight and the resistance that the third elder cannot integrate are also pulled like the day and night at the dawn, although it will not stay long, but it bites everyone's soul.

"Breaking Dawn": Fortunately, the sky is always broken, and there is always a sun every day

If the third elder in "Breaking Dawn" is "in the same stream" because he cannot refuse, then Gu Yu in "The Thief of the Valley" insists on refusing and "silence is gold".

Gu Yu is a farmer of the Ginger Cannabis family and lives by renting the fields of the Ginger Marijuana Family. Gu Yu is still the more husband in the village, and in the five months from Chongyang to the second year of Qingming every year, Gu Yu's job is to fight more. Whether it is a farmer or a husband, Gu Yu is a poor household in the village who looks up to people's sniffles.

However, although Gu Yu is a poor household, he does not have the consciousness of a poor household. Gu Yu put the red gun against the spine of Ginger Cannabis when he tried to lighten up the big woman.

Luo Da's woman saved her innocence, but Gu Yu was wronged as a "grain thief" for offending Jiang Marizi. Gu Yu was severely beaten, refused to admit to stealing the valley, and did not mention anything about what happened to Luo everyone the night before, he only shouted to Jiang Marizi: The surname is Jiang! You can't be dirty with your conscience!

Gu Yu said, "Where are we going to see where we are, and we guarantee that we will not say a word." Gu Yu did it, but the price he paid for it was that he could no longer gain a foothold in the village. He was misunderstood, and even Luo Da, who had rushed back from abroad, suspected that there was something between Gu Yu and his own woman...

Lao San and Gu Yu are two different characters, but they both have their own persistence. The third elder was very confused, he did not understand why he made a false confession according to the requirements of Hei Ba or suffered fifty large boards, although it was a real posture fake board, but this unprovoked board made the old third more determined to leave the yamen; Gu Yu was very sober, he knew why he would become a grain thief, he also knew that telling the villagers the truth might find his reputation for himself, but Gu Yu refused to open his mouth. Gu Yu promised to keep his mouth as fast as a bottle, and he kept his promise, even if he went away with his grievances on his back.

Another story, "Cold Rain", made me inexplicably think of Mr. Lao She's "Crescent Moon". In fact, the life experiences of "three tricks sisters" and "me" are not the same, and I can't figure out why such associations occur. Perhaps there is some deep similarity between the two gentlemen's interpretations of the various human lives in the world, or perhaps as Don Nuo commented on Mr. Zhu Xining's remarks, his novels are a few layers more wandering, and they do not distinguish evil from good so clearly. He is full of sympathy for the world, always looking at the so-called "evil" in general twice, giving them a little chance.
