On the evening of October 26, the Shandong Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute issued an emergency announcement saying that the province will hold the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written test) in the second half of 2021 on October 30, and all candidates must hold a negative paper certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test. Candidates who are unable to provide a negative paper certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test are not allowed to take the test.

The Provincial Recruitment and Examination Institute made a clear explanation of why all candidates must hold a paper certificate with a negative nucleic acid test in the 48 hours before the test.
The announcement pointed out that in recent days, there have been local confirmed cases of new crown pneumonia in individual areas of our province, and the situation of epidemic prevention and control is severe and complicated. In order to ensure the safety and health of the majority of candidates, all candidates in this exam must hold a negative paper certificate of nucleic acid test 48 hours before the test, and other epidemic prevention requirements remain unchanged.
In addition, according to the "Letter to candidates for the Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Written Examination) in the Second Half of 2021" issued on October 12, all candidates must submit a "Shandong Provincial Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination (Written Examination) Candidate Health Management Information Collection Form" for each test when entering the test center.
