Residents reported that since the beginning of October, the intersection has been under construction at night every day. Mr. Ma said that usually around 11 p.m., the noise of excavation operations will be heard outside the window first, and the follow-up construction will continue until the early morning of the next day. "The noise is huge, the old man in the family is more than 70 years old, and every night at 9 o'clock he needs to lie down and rest." Mr. Ma also said that he usually sleeps at 10 p.m., but the noise and vibration generated by the excavator make it difficult for people to sleep at all. Mr. Ma told the public hotline that the feedback received was that the construction unit held a night construction permit, and the construction time was allowed from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. the next day.
