In order to effectively safeguard the life safety and physical health of the broad masses of the people in Ningming County and solidly carry out the epidemic prevention and control work, after the study and decision of the Ningming County Epidemic Prevention and Control Command, the town-wide epidemic sealing and control management measures were adopted for Aidian Town, and the relevant matters were notified as follows:
1. From 12:00 on September 24, 2021, the town-wide epidemic containment and control management measures will be adopted for Aidian Town, and all vehicles and personnel will only enter and leave, and the lifting time will be notified separately according to the situation;
Second, the people of Aidian Town should consciously fulfill their legal obligations and fully cooperate with and support nucleic acid testing and other epidemic prevention and control work. Personnel who interfere with or obstruct epidemic prevention and control work or leave Aidian Town without authorization in violation of regulations shall be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with law;
3. During the period of sealing and control, the masses in Aidian Town will reduce their movement, do not gather, do not create rumors, do not believe in rumors, and do not spread rumors, and the information released by the official shall prevail;
Fourth, severely crack down on illegal cross-border activities, and severely punish stowaways and those who organize, assist and shelter them.
Aidian Town is located in the southeast of Ningming County, Guangxi, bordering Lang Son Province in Vietnam.
