In the early morning of autumn, all the staff of the property company were full of expectations and started a day of team building. After a 50-minute drive, all the staff arrived at the team building site. The location of the team was selected to be a lawn camping base far from the noisy urban area and close to nature. Turquoise grass, slowly flowing streams, grass tents with different scenes under the green shade, everyone returns to nature and relaxes.

After a short break, the team-building activities kicked off in the dynamic opening dance of "women's group" and "boy group"....... In this activity, the whole staff was divided into four groups, and each group member was from a different department of the company. Each team elects a captain, who is responsible for coordinating and arranging the division of labor among the members involved in each round of the game and during the event.
Round 1: "Heart to Heart"
This round of the game tests the close cooperation of the members and the consistency of the pace between the members, as well as the rationality of the captain's assignment of the members' tasks. Through the game, everyone summed up that only by working together, keeping pace and aligning goals can we achieve superior results.

This round of the game does not allow verbal communication between the team members, everyone can only communicate through eye contact, and the adjacent team members can only complete the task if they understand each other and trust each other. Through this round of the game, the level of trust between the players has been greatly enhanced.

The third round of the game requires everyone to quickly complete the set task after turning in circles blindfolded and listening to the command of teammates, which tests the physical fitness of the team members and the ability to perform according to the command. Correct self-assessment and undistracted execution of teammates are the secrets of this round of the game. After the game round, the employees involved in the game were able to verify that the self-assessment was accurate and improved their ability to execute.
Round 4: "Orbital Pass"
In this round of games, the test is the leader's overall arrangement ability and the tacit cooperation between the key node team members. The 8 people participating in the game must uniformly obey the command of 1 person, adjust the props in their hands in real time, and when the key nodes are decided to deploy quickly, the groups can only work together to obey the command and do not engage in individualism to complete the game task.
Throughout the event, each group will conclude at the end of each round. Teams with good results will sum up the winning experience and continue to work hard; teams that have not achieved excellent results will summarize the lessons of defeat and propose improvement strategies. This is also the ultimate goal of the company's team-building activities, and being good at summarizing is the cornerstone of everything's success. The game is full of laughter, the mutual competition between the teams, and the spirit of not accepting each other's defeat have made everyone unable to calm the excitement for a long time.
Since the beginning of this year, there have been 14 new personnel in the property company, accounting for 33% of the total number of the company.
