In April 2019, during the investigation of the "8.07" black-related project, the special case team found the clue that the victim Ma Mouzhen was kidnapped and killed, and then investigated the murder case together with the black-related case.
"The burial of the body occurred on the night of 18 years ago, the criminal suspect's memory of the burial site is vague, coupled with the new construction and repeated renovation of the First Class Highway in Qinghai in the past 18 years, the burial site identified by the suspect is different, which is very unfavorable for us to find the body."
