On the 19th, the Red Star News reporter learned from the Wangcang County Highway Maintenance Center in Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province, that after 11 days of continuous struggle, at 8 o'clock on the 19th, the road section was successfully opened.

According to reports, the entire amount of landslides reached more than 10,000 cubic meters. The collapsed rubble flooded the entire road, making it impassable to vehicles and people. The road from Wangcang County to Ningqiang County in Shaanxi Province was interrupted, and the passage of more than 20,000 people in 2 townships along the route was blocked. Fortunately, there were no casualties or damage to the vehicle.
After the incident, Wangcang County immediately launched the emergency plan for highway emergencies, gathered 6 large excavators and more than 20 blasting personnel, arrived at the scene to carry out risk elimination operations, and invested a total of more than 4 million yuan.
After 11 days of continuous struggle, at 8 o'clock on October 19, the road section was successfully opened.
