First of all, we clean the pigeons, some small amount of fat oil on the pigeons, we also clean it up, and we can also peel off the pigeon skin and stew the soup.
The washed pigeons chop off their heads first, and they can also be stewed together, but they should be washed clean. The nails on the pigeon's paws are also chopped off, and the pigeon is cut into small pieces. It is also possible to stew the whole pigeon in a stew bowl according to your personal preference.
The chopped pigeon is placed directly into the pot, and the kidneys and heart of the pigeon are also put in. Add the right amount of ginger, pour the right amount of cooking wine, add the right amount of water, cover and bring the water in the pot to a boil.
After the water in the pot is boiled, turn off the heat and clip out the pigeons. The blanched pigeons rinse the surface foam and impurities with running water, wash them and put them directly into the stew cup.

Wash all the prepared soup and put it in the stew cup, remove the red dates, I have 2 to 3 people drinking here, add 8 minutes full of water, cover the lid, simmer for two and a half hours on low heat.
After two and a half hours, add a handful of goji berries and continue simmering for 5 minutes. Finally, add the right amount of salt to taste and stir well.
