In 2003, after the observation of the economic characteristics of 3 consecutive a fruit, the single plant 99-1-2 was selected as an excellent plant, which was manifested as early ripening, ultra crisp and excellent quality; in 2005, it was high-jointed, and after 3 consecutive observations of specificity, stability and consistency, it was selected as an excellent line in 2008, and with 'Du Pear' as the rootstock breeding seedlings, it was carried out in Zhengzhou, Ningling County, Minquan County, Wen County, Hebei, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Shanxi and other places in Henan Province, and after 2013-2014, it was carried out in a continuous 2 A observation and comparison, there is no variation between individual plants, there is consistency, plant growth and fruit habits, yield stability, stress resistance and other agronomic traits and fruit economic traits are stable, in 2014 through the Henan Provincial Forest Variety Approval Committee variety approval, named 'early crisp honey'.
Its fruit is large, with an average fruit mass of 220 g. The fruit is oval, the fruit surface is greenish yellow, and the fruit spots are small and dense, similar to the 'Zhongshan crispy pear'; the fruit heart is small, the flesh is milky white, the flesh is extremely crisp, and its crispness is more crisp than that of the parent 'Yanshan crispy pear'. The variety has a lot of juice and sweet flavor, and the quality supervision and inspection and testing center of fruits and seedlings of the Ministry of Agriculture (Zhengzhou) has tested the results: soluble solids 13.1%, titratable acid 0.096%, total sugar 7.84%, vitamin C 54.6 mg·g-1, hardness (with skin) 5.36 kg·cm-2, and high quality. The stems are 3.8 cm long and 0.3 cm thick, lignified, with shallow stems, medium calyxes, and sepals falling off. It matures in early July in the Zhengzhou area of Henan.
