In order to further optimize the business environment under the rule of law, strengthen the protection of workers' rights and interests, and improve the diversified dispute resolution mechanism of labor disputes, the Beichen Court and the Beichen Labor Arbitration Commission recently held a joint meeting on the prevention and resolution of labor disputes, and Xu Dianjun, vice president in charge, Yin Zhiwei, president of the First Civil Division, Zhang Lanjin, vice president of the Court, Li Baoqing of the Beichen Labor Arbitration Commission, and some arbitrators attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the two sides communicated on the issues of labor relationship determination, arbitration limitation, double wages, social insurance, etc., combined with the dispute resolution in recent years, and conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as the standard of fact determination and the standard of application of law, which effectively promoted the unification of labor dispute arbitration and trial discretion standards.

At the same time, in order to continuously promote the construction of harmonious labor relations in the whole region, in the next step, the two sides will establish a system of rules and regulations, focusing on the following four tasks: First, establish a joint meeting system, regularly analyze the situation of labor dispute cases in our region, connect the main points of labor relations contradictions in our region, and promote the efficient connection of adjudication work; second, establish an information sharing system, strengthen real-time and dynamic communication throughout the whole process of case trial, and strive to properly and efficiently resolve contradictions; third, establish a case handling guidance system, strengthen the discussion of difficult and major cases, and jointly screen and publish typical cases. Guide enterprises in the whole region to standardize the employment of labor and effectively prevent disputes; the fourth is to establish a joint training system, strengthen joint business training, court trial observation, and improve the quality and ability of case-handling personnel. Through the establishment of an effective adjudication docking mechanism, strengthen the prevention of contradictions and the governance of the source of litigation, form a diversified and full-stage dispute resolution model, reasonably balance the interest relationship between enterprises and workers, effectively alleviate people's worries and protect people's interests, create a good business environment based on the rule of law for enterprises, and provide a strong judicial guarantee for the high-quality economic and social development of the jurisdiction.
