Throughout the frozen meat making process, boiling caramel coloring is a key step. Put the boiled caramel and fine salt into the boiled soup and stir well. The prepared frozen meat should be cooled in a basin, and after overnight, it will solidify into frozen meat.
When eating frozen meat, it is necessary to drip water into the edge of the bowl or basin to make the frozen meat easily separated from the container. When taking, the container is upside down on the board, and the smooth frozen meat is cut into rectangular pieces with a knife, and after being plated, it is arranged into a petal shape, with eight pieces on the bottom layer, six pieces on the second layer, four pieces on the third layer, and two pieces on the top floor. Before serving, place shredded shallots or garlic sprouts on the frozen meat and season with red oil garlic puree vinegar sauce.
The finished frozen meat is crystal clear, sour and spicy, and is widely loved by people.
