5. 1 batch of egg products, 4 indicators such as lead (in Pb), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in sorbic acid), and commercial sterility.

6. 10 batches of starch and starch products, 8 indicators such as lead (in Pb), residual amount of aluminum (dry sample, in Al), sulfur dioxide residue, dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in sorbic acid), total number of colonies, coliform flora, mold and yeast.

14. 5 batches of grain processed products, the detection items of dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), lead (in terms of Pb), cadmium (in terms of Cd), aflatoxin B₁, zearalenone, ochremyxin A, benzo[a] pyrene and other 7 indicators.

15. 5 batches of meat products, 9 indicators such as chloramphenicol, nitrite (in terms of sodium nitrite), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of dehydroacetic acid), chromium (in Terms of Cr), total number of colonies, coliform flora, cadmium (in Terms of Cd) and so on.

16. 8 batches of dairy products, 9 indicators such as protein, acidity, fat, melamine, yeast, total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, lead (in terms of Pb), and non-fat milk solids were detected.
