In recent years, Yucheng County has introduced cultural vitality, built a stage, and staged a program; the mechanism has been strengthened and talents have been heated up; the intangible cultural heritage has been done, the peasant households have been brought up, and the urban and rural scenery has been renewed.

Yucheng County has made key plans for investment projects and investment and financing projects in the national budget around Yiyin Culture and Mulan Culture, and 2 projects have entered the national short board fund project database, 7 projects have entered the national budget investment key project database, and 17 projects have entered the national investment and financing key project database, of which the Yucheng County Mulan Intangible Cultural Heritage Museum construction project invested in the national Grand Canal Cultural Industry Belt project has been locked by the national project database as a key investment project in the 2021 budget.
The county has also increased investment in the construction of a public cultural service system, and built a new cultural stage for the benefit of the people, such as Houliu Village in Tianmiao Township, Dongguan Village in Limin Town, Handa Village in Jiegou Town, Nanwangzhuang Village in Zhanji Town, Nanyanglou Village in Dayangji Town, and Ding Lilou Village in Liudian Township; and continued to carry out cultural activities to benefit the people such as "stage art sending to the grassroots" and "a hundred plays into a hundred townships" to promote the "seven major cultural projects". Yang Wei once went to wineries across the country to learn from the old people who mastered the traditional winemaking process, and after several years of hard work, he built a standardized production workshop of 3,000 square meters, a laboratory of 160 square meters, a packaging workshop of 600 square meters, a quality inspection room of 90 square meters and an exhibition hall of 130 square meters. And the establishment of the village precision poverty alleviation cooperative, driving 72 poor households in Zhuge Village to enter the shares, 35 poor household workers, 147 migrant workers to increase their income steadily.
