Farmers know that every time everything grows vigorously, there will be many wild fruits on the hills of our mountain village, all kinds of different and distinctive. Growing up in the countryside, we all rely on the mountains to eat the mountains, rely on the water to draft water, this season we will go up the mountain to pick some wild fruits and come back as after-dinner fruits or snacks for children to eat. Wild fruits are yellow and red, large and small, the most eye-catching of which is one of the more famous wild fruits here - raspberry.

Raspberry, also known as raspberry, because it looks like a bubble, is also known as the dragon boat bubble, bubble thorn, mountain bubble. Raspberries are angiosperms that produce fruit in preparation for reproduction. Raspberry is an upright shrub, generally 1-3 meters high, will not be very high, the average person can pick casually, there will be skin thorns on the stem, pick extra attention to not be barbed to the hand. The leaves of raspberries are ovate and burrs may also appear on the leaves.
The flowers of the raspberry are pure white with five petals, like a five-pointed star, with filamentous flower buds in the middle. When it blossoms, it is connected into a piece, white and brilliant, swaying in the wind, smiling towards the sun, graceful and colorful.
Raspberries prefer subtropical temperatures and sunshine, and generally prefer to grow on sunny slopes, valleys, heathlands, streams and dense shrublands. It also prefers a more humid environment, and the raspberry fruit grown from the fertile soil will be more plump. It is not a hardy and drought-tolerant plant, the soil requirements are not very high, and it can grow in a variety of acid and alkaline soils.
Raspberries are one of the snacks we had as a child, one of our children's sweet memories. When I was a child, every time the raspberry ripened season, we would follow our friends to take a small basket and go to the mountains to pick raspberries. Laugh and be happy all the way, chase and fight on the road. When you see the raspberries hanging from the branches, the red is like a miniature version of the lantern, and the fruit is plump and looks very delicious.
Raspberries can also be used to make wine, when we were young, our family would pick a basket of raspberries, put them in an empty jar to eliminate good poison, put a little rock sugar, and then pour in some moderate wine, seal the lid, soak it for two months, and get a jar of raspberry wine. The color of the wine is rose red and transparent, the color is attractive, a bit like the red wine we usually drink, and the wine tastes sour and sweet.
The various nutrients contained in raspberry fruits are easily absorbed by the body, which can promote the absorption and digestion of other nutrients and improve metabolism. So, when you have a low appetite, or when the food is not digested, come to a handful of sweet and sour raspberries, and you can instantly have an appetite.
