Pay attention to food safety and stay away from health hazards
Recently, the food safety supervision department of Ya'an City has carried out a series of food safety supervision and sampling inspections, sampling 333 batches of samples of 20 major categories of food, including pastries, meat products, catering foods, vegetable products, beverages, soy products, alcohol, frozen drinks, bee products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, quick-frozen foods, fruit products, edible agricultural products, etc. The results showed: 306 batches of qualified and 27 batches of unqualified. The information and sampling of unqualified foods are as follows:
1. Pure grain wine (bulk 50% vol) and cyclamate (measured in cyclohexylsulfamic acid, measured value: 0.0159g/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be used") operated and sold by JinshanCheng Hotel in Mingshan District, Ya'an City, do not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
2. The corn wine produced and sold by Lushan County Laozao WineRy, cyclamate (measured in terms of cyclohexylsulfamic acid, measured value: 0.00250g/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be used") do not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
3. The corn pulp wine produced by Baoxing Haizitang WineRy and operated and sold by Wupi Cold Pot Fish Shop in Yucheng District, Ya'an City, cyclamate (measured in terms of cyclohexylsulfamic acid, measured value: 0.0113g/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") do not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
The chemical name of cyclamate is sodium cyclohexylsulfamate, which is an additive commonly used in food production. Cyclamate is a commonly used sweetener, which belongs to the non-nutritional synthetic sweetener, and its sweetness is 30 to 40 times that of sucrose. Cyclamate, odorless, sweet taste, is a nutrient-free sweetener. Slightly bitter after heating. The decomposition temperature is about 280 °C, and no caramelization reaction occurs. Slightly decomposed in an acidic environment, stable when alkaline. Its concentration is greater than 0.4% with a bitter taste, soluble in water with high content of nitrite and sulfite, resulting in petroleum or rubber-like odor. It is non-hygroscopic and does not support mold or other bacterial growth. According to the provisions of China's "Sanitary Standards for the Use of Food Additives" (GB2760-2014), "cyclamate" is a legal food additive, which can be used as a sweetener, and its scope of use is: frozen drinks (except edible ice), canned fruit, curd milk, biscuits, compound seasonings, beverages (except packaged drinking water), prepared wine, and jelly The maximum use amount is 0.65g/kg; the maximum use of jam, candied cold fruits, pickled vegetables, and cooked beans is 1.0g/kg The maximum use of dehulled cooked nuts and seeds is 1.2g/kg, the maximum use of bread and pastries is 1.6g/kg, the maximum use of shelled cooked nuts and seeds is 6.0g/kg, and the maximum use of cold fruits, speech and fruit cakes is 8.0g/kg. In addition, diabetics and obese people can use it instead of sugar. The allowable daily intake (ADI) for cyclamate, established by the JOINT FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), is 11 mg/kgbw. That is to say, for an adult weighing 60kg, even if he eats cyclamate every day, as long as his daily intake does not exceed 660mg, it will not bring harm to the health of the human body. And because cyclamate is very sweet, it is generally difficult to achieve harmful intake through a normal daily diet. According to the perspective of food safety risk assessment, cyclamate has sufficient risk assessment results, and normal use will not cause harm to human health. As a legal additive in China, cyclamate can only be used in the preparation of wine in wine products, and the prepared wine, also known as the blended wine, is a mixed wine. If cyclamate is used in liquor, it is an over-range addition and is a violation. Different from the preparation of liquor, liquor is produced according to the traditional process, and the requirements are not allowed to add foreign substances produced by non-liquor fermentation, such as flavors, spices, and various sweeteners including cyclamate. According to China's current standards for the use of food additives, liquor is not allowed to add cyclamate.
4. The bubble beauty pepper (bulk), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (measured in terms of benzoic acid, measured value: 1.12g/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety ≤ 1.0g/kg) operated and sold by cheng glasses dry miscellaneous shop in Yucheng District, Ya'an City does not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
5. Baoxing County Lingguan Runxin grocery store operated and sold bubble beauty pepper (bulk), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid, measured value: 2.47g / kg, food safety relevant national standards stipulated value of ≤ 1.0g / kg) does not meet the national food safety related standards;
6. Baoxing County Lingguan Qimao grocery store operating and selling bubble beauty pepper (bulk), benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid, measured value: 1.32g / kg, food safety national standards stipulated value ≤ 1.0g / kg) does not meet the national food safety related standards;
Benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid), benzoic acid and its sodium salt are a kind of preservative commonly used in the food industry, which has a good inhibitory effect on mold, yeast and bacteria. Long-term consumption of benzoic acid and its sodium salt exceeding the standard of food, may cause liver accumulation poisoning, endangering liver health. The reason why the detection value of benzoic acid and its sodium salt (in terms of benzoic acid) in capers exceeds the standard may be that the production enterprise exceeds the limit of use in order to extend the shelf life of the product or make up for the poor sanitary conditions of the product production process; it may also be that it is not accurately measured during use.
7. The brine duck, nitrite (measured in terms of sodium nitrite, measured value: 17mg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be used") operated and sold by Lingguan Yinfu Meat Shop in Baoxing County do not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
Nitrites mainly include sodium nitrite and potassium nitrite, as color protectors and preservatives, can make meat products appear bright red, but also can inhibit the growth and reproduction of Clostridium botulinum. After nitrite enters the blood, it can oxidize the ferrous hemoglobin in the blood to methemoglobin, and under acidic conditions (such as in gastric juice), it is easy to react with amines to form nitroso compounds. Excessive intake of nitrite (usually accidentally ingested) may cause acute poisoning, which is clinically manifested as hypoxia symptoms such as lips, cyanosis of nails, and purple spots on the skin, accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness and nausea.
8. The dried bamboo shoots (bulk) and sulfur dioxide residues (measured value: 0.79g/kg, the value specified by the relevant national standards for food safety ≤0.2g/kg) operated and sold by Wangjie Agricultural and Sideline Products Store in Yucheng District, Ya'an City does not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
Sulfur dioxide residues, sulfur dioxide residues in food usually refer to sulfur dioxide, sulfur and sodium metabisulfite, potassium metabisulfite, sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, sodium hyposulfite and other inorganic sulfite residues. The National Standard for Food Safety and the Standard for the Use of Food Additives (GB 2760-2014) stipulate that the residual amount of sulfur dioxide in dried vegetables should be ≤ 0.2 g/kg. People who have an allergic reaction to sulfur dioxide (such as asthma sufferers) may experience allergic symptoms such as asthma, headache or nausea if they eat foods that exceed sulfur dioxide. If a large amount of sulfur dioxide residue exceeds the standard food for a long time, it may cause harm to human health, and its toxicity is manifested as gastrointestinal reactions, such as nausea and vomiting. In addition, it will also affect calcium absorption, resulting in the loss of calcium in the body.
9. Asbestos County Water Supply and Drainage Co., Ltd. produces and sells Pure Drinking Water of Dadu River (11.3L), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (measured value: 2, 0, 2, 0CFU/250mL, food safety national standards: n=5, c=0, m=0CFU/250mL) does not meet the relevant national food safety standards;

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a conditional pathogenic bacteria, widely distributed in all kinds of water, air, normal human skin, respiratory tract and intestines, etc., easy to survive in a humid environment, has a strong resistance to disinfectants, ultraviolet rays, etc., and has health risks for people with weak resistance. This supervision and sampling inspection found that 3 batches of beverage samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa exceeded the standard. Excessive pseudomonas aeruginosa in packaged drinking water may be due to poor hygiene control during the production process, such as the practitioner's undepignified hands in direct contact with the inner wall of the packaged drinking water or container, or caused by defects in the cleaning and disinfection of packaging materials.
11. The fine bananas (bulk) and acetamidine (measured value: 0.16mg/kg, the value specified in the relevant national standards for food safety ≤0.05mg/kg) operated and sold by Ya'an Jixuan Supermarket Co., Ltd. does not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
Acetamidine is a nicotinoid insecticide, which has the effect of touch killing, stomach poisoning and systemic suction, and has a good preventive effect on aphids. A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning in the human body, but long-term consumption of food with excessive acetamidine residue may have a certain impact on human health. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit of acetamidine in eggplant fruits and vegetables (except tomatoes and eggplant) is 0.2mg/kg. The reason why the residue of acetamidine in pepper exceeds the standard may be that the amount of residue in the products on the market is exceeded in order to quickly control the insect pest, increase the dosage of drugs or fail to comply with the regulations on the picking interval.
12. The eggs (fresh eggs) and sulfonamides (total amount) (measured value: 3793.66μg/kg, the relevant national standards for food safety stipulate that "shall not be detected") operated and sold by Meijiale Life Supermarket in Yucheng District, Ya'an City do not meet the relevant national food safety standards;
Sulfonamides (total), sulfonamides have a wide antibacterial spectrum, stable nature, easy to use a class of synthetic antibacterial drugs, most of the gram-positive bacteria and negative bacteria have a strong inhibitory effect, widely used to prevent chicken coccidiosis. Long-term intake of animal foods with sulfonamides exceeding the standard may lead to health hazards such as urinary system and liver damage.

Chlorpyrifos is a thiophosphate-based organophosphorus insecticide with good contact, gastric toxicity and fumigation effects. A small amount of residue will not cause acute poisoning of the human body, but long-term consumption of chlorpyrifos residue exceeding the standard of food may have a certain impact on human health. The National Standard for Food Safety The maximum residue limit of pesticides in food (GB 2763-2019) stipulates that the maximum residue limit value of chlorpyrifos in celery is 0.05mg/kg. The reason why the residue of celery poisoned ticks exceeds the standard may be illegal use for rapid pest control.
14. Sorghum wine (55% vol) operated and sold by Xingzhibai Hotel in Yucheng District, Ya'an City, alcohol content (measured value: 52.5% vol, food safety national standards: 54.0 ~ 56.0% vol) does not meet the national food safety related standards;
