Huainan tofu is made from Bagongshan spring water, which is as fine as gelatin, white as jade, fresh and tender. The "Tofu Feast" made with Bagongshan tofu cooking is famous for its unique flavor and rich nutrition, and has become a unique dish in Huainan.

In mid-July, a "gourmet feast" was held in the Suzhou Service Area Square of Yanluo Expressway, and representative chefs from the 10 area management centers of Anhui Jiaokong Yida Company showed their skills, and the competition was not only a culinary collision between masters, but also a great fusion of food culture in the north and south of Anhui. "Yuanyuan Fish Head Pot" and "Mandarin Fishing Rice" convey the unique culture and story of ancient Huizhou; "Golden Silk Crispy Beef Ribs" and "Fish Bites Sheep" tell the history and charm of northern Anhui; "Returning with a full load" and "Taiping Bridge Row" allude to people's yearning for a better life. The fragrant delicacies also attracted the onlookers and passengers to taste, and everyone praised them. The judges scored and awarded the dishes from five aspects: creativity and characteristics, taste and texture, craftsmanship and heat, color and form, nutrition and hygiene. The competition has a special exchange and comment session to promote the participants to find deficiencies, learn from each other, improve their professional skills, and better serve travel.

A multi-pronged approach to ensure food safety

Today is the summer high temperature, which is the high incidence of food safety incidents. In June, the company carried out special food safety inspections in various areas, urged all service areas under its jurisdiction to conduct comprehensive self-examination and self-correction, focusing on food business places such as restaurants, convenience stores, snacks and other food business places in the service area to check the implementation of the safety management system. Conduct food safety inspections

In recent years, the company has established a system of food safety around the service area, with 80 systems involving catering alone and 16 rules for food safety inspections, establishing a long-term guarantee for food safety in high-speed travel.
