On July 12, the reporter learned from the Chongqing High-tech Zone Reform and Development Bureau that the 5G digital unmanned fast food factory jointly built by Tao Ranju and Lawson was settled in Baishiyi Town, Chongqing High-tech Zone, and construction will start next month. At that time, the largest intelligent production base of the food central factory in the southwest region will be built.
It is understood that the factory has a total construction area of about 20,000 square meters, mainly building Taoranju Food Industry Tourism Garden-style Factory, Taoranju Chongqing Hotpot World Banquet Museum, Taoranju Group Central Kitchen, Chef Training School, Product Research and Development Institutions and other factories integrating production, training and cultural input.
Based on digital technology, the factory empowers the use of new technologies such as 5G, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, and strives to promote food safety, and integrates "from field to table" to realize the traceability of raw materials, intelligent product manufacturing, precision product consumption, convenient cold chain logistics, and customer management scenarios.
The factory plans to produce 50 million fast food products such as fast food box lunches and other fast food products with an output value of 800 million yuan per year, focusing on serving TaoRanju Digital Technology Restaurant Bar.
