According to the relevant answers, Lijia Grand World Mall was built in 1997, the original building design was 10 floors above ground and 2 floors underground, and was changed to 9 floors above ground and 3 floors underground in 1997, and was completed and accepted in 1998. The urban management department inspected the scene and found that in addition to the public equipment room on the 9-storey roof of Lijia World, there was a single-storey brick-concrete structure building with an area of about 850 square meters.
