Noodles, ham, shredded carrots, shredded cucumbers, soaked fungus, tahini, garlic, green onion, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, millet spicy, olive oil
method
1. Boil the water and cook the noodles; blanch the shredded carrots and fungus separately.
2. Add garlic paste, green onion, soy sauce, vinegar, a pinch of salt, millet spicy and olive oil to the bowl.
3. Stir the sauce well.
4. Place shredded ham, cucumber shredded, shredded carrot and fungus on a plate, pour in the noodles, pour over the prepared sauce and tahini sauce (add according to personal preference), stir well and serve.

Tips
