Liu Xuezhi, editor-in-chief of Guan XueWen Cong, is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Philosophy and Government Management of Shaanxi Normal University, and the honorary dean of the Guan Xue Research Institute of Northwest University. He is the vice president of the Chinese Confucius Society, the director of the International Confucian Federation, the president of the Confucius Society of Shaanxi Province, the vice president of the Shaanxi Philosophical Society, and the president of the Shaanxi Guanxue and Practical Studies Research Association.
