● The Yinxi high-speed railway will be officially opened on December 26

The Yinxi high-speed railway is an important part of the "Bao (Silver) Sea Corridor", one of the main channels of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway in the national "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning" (2016 edition), and also an important part of the "Fuyin Channel", one of the "Ten Vertical and Ten Horizontal" comprehensive transportation corridors in the national "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Modern Comprehensive Transportation System Development Plan.

The line leads from Yinchuan Station, southeast through Wuzhong City into Qingyang City, Gansu Province, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, and then introduces Xi'an North Railway Station after reaching Xi'an City. The total length is 618 kilometers, with an investment of 80.5 billion yuan, the design speed is 250 km / h, and 350 km / h is reserved. Among them, Ningxia has 182 kilometers, with an investment of 21.7 billion yuan, and has 6 passenger stations in Yinchuan, Yinchuan East, Hedong Airport, Lingwu North, Wuzhong and Huianbao.

The Yinxi high-speed railway started construction on December 26, 2015, lasted for five years, and will be officially opened for operation on December 26. At that time, the railway running time from Yinchuan to Xi'an will be shortened from about 14 hours to about 3 hours. At the same time, through the Xi'an hub and Xicheng, Daxi, Xulan and other high-speed rail connection, to achieve interconnection with the national high-speed rail network.

In the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network planning, there are "one vertical and two horizontal" passing through our area, namely Baotou (Yinchuan) to Haikou Passage, Jinglan Passage, and Qingyin Passage. Since 2015, the construction of high-speed rail in our district has accelerated significantly, and the construction of The Wuzhong-Zhongwei Intercity Railway, the Yinxi High-speed Railway, the Zhonglan High-speed Railway, and the Baoyin High-Speed Railway have been started successively. On December 29, 2019, the Yinchuan-Zhongwei high-speed railway was opened for operation ahead of schedule, achieving a "zero breakthrough" in high-speed rail and urban railways in our region, and officially entering the "high-speed rail era" in our region.

Up to now, our district has built and operated 4 Pusu trunk railways in Baolan, Baozhong, Taizhongyin and Ganwu, Yinchuan to Zhongwei intercity railway, Pingru branch line, Ningdong railway and other local railways and railway special lines, with a total mileage of 1551 kilometers. Among them, 1190 km of trunk railways, 212 km of high-speed railways, and 361 km of local railways.

After the opening of the Yinxi high-speed railway, the total length of railways in the whole region will reach 1656 kilometers, of which 317 kilometers are high-speed railways. There are 2 railways under construction, namely the Zhonglan high-speed railway and the Yinchuan-Huinong section of the Baoyin high-speed railway, with a design speed of 250 km / h, a total mileage of 163 km in our region, and a total investment of about 25.7 billion yuan. There are 2 proposed railways, one is the Yinchuan-Bayanhot railway, which is a bundled project for the Baoyin high-speed railway, which will start construction simultaneously with the Huinong to Baotou section of the Baoyin high-speed railway in 2021; the second is the expansion and transformation project of the Zhongwei to Pingliang section of the Baozhong Railway, which is included in the Zhongwei to Pingliang to Qingyang railway as a regional poverty alleviation railway project, and is communicating the project line plan, technical standards, etc., and strives to start construction in 2021.

● Explore successful ways to invest and finance infrastructure construction in underdeveloped provinces and regions

Through various methods such as striving for the China Development Bank Development Fund, introducing social capital, and publicly issuing bonds, the total amount of railway construction funds has been raised by nearly 20 billion yuan.

Up to now, Ningguoyun has completed all the investment of the Yinxi high-speed railway, a total of 7.9 billion yuan, plus the completed Yinchuan to Zhongwei, the Zhongwei to Lanzhou under construction, and the Yinchuan to Baotou high-speed railway, has completed a total of 38.6 billion yuan of railway investment, preliminary estimates also drive other regional investment of more than 50 billion yuan, and explore a successful way to invest in infrastructure construction in underdeveloped provinces and regions in the west.

● Solve engineering problems to create a green high-speed rail

In the construction of the tunnel, it has overcome the worldwide problem of the construction technology of the complex loess belt railway tunnel represented by the above Gecun Tunnel, and gradually mastered the excavation law of the complex loess layer tunnel, as well as the grouting and precipitation of the surface depth of more than 100 meters, the rapid excavation of the loess tunnel, anti-crystallization, and the reinforcement treatment of the base. ● The construction of the Zhonglan and Baoyin high-speed railways is in full swing

The Zhonglan high-speed railway and the Baoyin high-speed railway are both important components of the Beijing-Lanzhou Grand Corridor in the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network, and they are also the only two remaining unopened lines in this high-speed rail corridor.

The Total Length of the Zhonglan High-Speed Railway is 218 kilometers, with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour and a total investment of 29.5 billion yuan. Among them, the Ningxia section is 46 kilometers long and has a total investment of about 4 billion yuan, which has begun construction in June 2017 and is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2022, when the train time from Yinchuan to Lanzhou will be shortened from 9.5 hours to about 2.5 hours.

The Baoyin high-speed rail line has a total length of 519 kilometers, a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour, and a total investment of 61.4 billion yuan. Among them, the southern section from Yinchuan to Huinong is about 100 kilometers long and has a total investment of about 12.8 billion yuan, which has begun construction in August 2018, the southern section from Baotou to Huinong is expected to start construction in 2021, and the entire line is expected to be completed and opened to traffic in 2024, and the train time from Yinchuan to Beijing will be shortened from 12 hours to about 6.5 hours after completion.

● New projects are under intense planning

At present, the construction of Railway in Ningxia has entered a new stage of "systematic planning and comprehensive advancement", and Ningxia will go all out to promote the railway industry in the whole region to a new level, and strive to achieve a total scale of about 2,000 kilometers of road network by 2025, of which high-speed railways will reach 500 kilometers, and will be fully integrated into the national high-speed rail network.

First, actively strive to include railway projects such as the Yinchuan-Taiyuan high-speed railway, the Expansion and Transformation of the Zhongwei-Dingbian section of the Taizhong-Yinzhong-Yinhai Railway, the capacity expansion and transformation of the Yinchuan-Huangyangwan section of the Baolan Railway, and the Dingxi To Qingyang via Guyuan into the national "14th Five-Year Plan" railway development plan.

Ningxia Airport Company has also launched the "Ninglai Ningxiang" air-rail intermodal transport products, set up special check-in counters and security inspection channels for air-rail intermodal transport, and provided guidance services to provide "one-stop" service experience for intermodal passengers.
