Chen Yixi was a calligrapher of the Qing Dynasty, and he was known as the four masters of the kangxi dynasty along with Jiang Chenying, Wang Shixun and He Zhuo at that time. We all know that the Kangxi Emperor loved calligraphy very much, and the calligraphy of the Kangxi Emperor that you may be most familiar with is the first "blessing" he wrote in the world. It is said that at that time, the Kangxi Emperor greatly admired Dong Qichang's style of writing, and most of the korean and Chinese officials who studied Dong at that time were reused. Chen Yixi was not "spared", but although he was influenced by the trend at that time, in fact, his ideas had always been contrary to Dong Qichang, so he had his own position, and later he worked hard to learn the calligraphy of the Jin, Tang and Song dynasties, and finally had a great success!
