For the sake of improvement and innovation, Brazil's Vasco da Gama, together with sponsor Kappa, unveiled the team's new home shirt for the 2021/22 season.
Vasco da Gama's new home shirt continues to be built around the nautical theme, with white ribbon stripes on the front and simple color contrasts accentuate the red Maltese Cross emblem in the white stripes. The collar and cuffs are decorated with stripes of black and gray.
One of the highlights of the design on the new jersey is the embossed dark pattern on the sleeves, which, in addition to the nautical-related motifs, also incorporate the club name abbreviation "CRVG". Under the collar behind the jersey is printed the same black coat of arms as the admiral sculpture.
The new jersey is paired with black pants and black and white striped socks. The jersey is made with Kappa Hidroway fabric technology for excellent moisture absorption and quick-drying properties, as well as excellent comfort.
