The exhibits interpret the original intention of AVIC masters and students to "build civil aviation, revitalize civil aviation, and strengthen civil aviation", the feelings of home and country of "loyalty, patriotism and struggle" and the spirit of the school motto of "Matilda is good, Hongyi is prosperous".

The exhibition area of the new school history museum is more than 1,400 square meters, including the preface hall, the school history gallery, 2 main exhibition halls and 6 temporary exhibition halls. "I have attended several school celebrations and have witnessed the tremendous changes that have taken place at my alma mater over the years. Over the past 70 years, the school has always been adhering to the loyalty, patriotism, struggle of the homeland feelings, known as the cradle of China's civil aviation talents, and now 'where there is an aircraft is the home of AVIC University', as a long-term civil aviation people working at the airport, we are witnesses, participants and beneficiaries of the rapid development of civil aviation after the reform and opening up, we are very proud! Recalling the cultivation of his alma mater over the years, Zhang Youfu, an alumnus of the Class of 1979, said.

"Compared to our time, the lives of the students in school are more colorful now!" Yu Ximan, an aluman of the Class of 1980, pointed to the photo on the wall and excitedly told his companions. The photo shows the 1981 drama "Flying to the Light" written and performed by the students of the 1979 and 1980 classes of the school. Nowadays, AVIC university encourages students to study hard and become healthy talents through various ways, and through regular activities such as college student art festivals, sports meetings, and military training, students can receive education, exercise themselves and cultivate their sentiments in the activities.

"The 'Two Airlines' uprising is a patriotic feat led by the Communist Party of China, and it is of great significance in the history of the Chinese People's Liberation War and the history of civil aviation in New China..." Following the pace of the explainer, Ding Yong, an alumnus of the 1989 class of the School of Electronic Information and Automation of the Civil Aviation University of China, visited it seriously, and he said that the feelings of home and country and the patriotic spirit of the older generation of civil aviation people were touching. Over the past 70 years, the school has adhered to the principle of basing itself on civil aviation, serving the society and facing the world, and is committed to the cultivation of professional and technical talents and scientific and technological innovation in China's civil aviation, and we must inherit and carry forward this feeling of home and country.
