The twelfth year of the Kangxi Dynasty was a year in which the reign of the Kangxi Dynasty and even the rule of the entire Qing Dynasty was seriously challenged. Because of this year, the San Francisco army led by Wu Sangui rebelled. In addition to San Francisco, Sun Yanling of Guangxi, Luo Sen of Sichuan, Wang Fuchen of Shaanxi, and Zheng Jing of Taiwan also rebelled against the Qing Dynasty, and for a while Jiangnan fell into the hands of the rebels. In the end, it took eight years for the Qing court to finally put an end to the San Francisco Rebellion.

Before Wu Sangui formally raised an army to rebel, he once took the initiative to request the imperial court to withdraw the domain and ask for directions. Wu Sangui actually didn't think of soldiers, but he didn't want to withdraw his domain. He thought that when he was the Tu Emperor of Yunnan, the reason why Shangshu took the initiative to withdraw his domain was that he hoped that the imperial court would issue an edict to retain him and allow him to permanently town Yunnan. After Wu Sangui's recital arrived at the imperial court, it was discussed at the Council of Ministers. The two most prominent university scholars among the courtiers, The Bohol Hall University Scholar Suo Ertu and the Zhonghedian University Scholar Tu Hai both opposed the withdrawal of the domain, while the Punishment Department Shangshu Moluo, the Hubu Shangshu Misihan, and the Bingbu Shangshu Mingzhu all urged them to move to the domain. The kings disagreed and failed to reach a unified conclusion. In the end, the Kangxi Emperor decided to withdraw the domain, forcing Wu Sangui to rebel, leading to the outbreak of the San Francisco Rebellion. So, in the face of the request to withdraw the domain, what is the outcome of the three Shangshu who support the withdrawal of the domain and the two university scholars who oppose the withdrawal of the domain?
Shangshu Moluo was an official Qingzheng, and when he was the governor of Shaanxi, Shanxi, he treated the people kindly and was very famous. After Wu Sangui raised an army, Moluobai paid homage to Wu Yingdian University, passed through Shaanxi, and was responsible for quelling the rebellion on the Sichuan side. At that time, Wang Fuchen, the viceroy of Shaanxi, also accompanied him, but Wang Fuchen was Wu Sangui's confidant and veteran general, and coupled with the fact that he had a bad relationship with Wang Fuchen when he was the governor of Shaanxi at the beginning, Moluo was always secretly wary of him, and the contradictions between the two sides continued to accumulate. Then, because of the unfair distribution of grain and horses, Wang Fuchen's generals went to rob Moluo's military camp, and Moluo was killed by an arrow, and Wang Fuchen rebelled and defected to Wu Sangui.
Hubu Shangshu Misihan was born into the famous Fucha clan, and was promoted to Hubu Shangshu during the Kangxi Dynasty, ranking as a parliamentary minister. After Wu Sangui requested the withdrawal of the domain, Mi sihan urged wu Sangui to be suppressed with eight banners to eliminate the consequences. As for the need for military supplies, he could coordinate the parties, enough to support a decade. After that, Misihan also suggested that Kangxi kill the son of the rebels in order to cut off the hopes of the rebels and inspire the confidence of the courtiers. Soon after, Mithhan died of excessive fatigue due to his efforts to prepare for the military supplies. However, Misihan's family thus soared during the Kangxi Dynasty, and his son Ma Qi was a major vassal of the Kangxi Dynasty. Another son, Ma Wu, was a confidant of the Yongzheng Emperor. The daughter of the younger son, Li Rongbao, was Empress Xiaoxianchun, the wife of Qianlongfa, and her son was Fu Heng.
Bingbu Shoshu Mingzhu was from the Yehenara clan, and his wife was the daughter of the British prince Azig. After the Rebellion of San Francisco, because Mingzhu advocated the withdrawal of the domain, he was appreciated by the Kangxi Emperor and became a highly trusted minister. Soon after, he was promoted to the rank of Wu Yingdian University Scholar, and was given the title of Prince Taishi, and his power was tilted towards the opposition. After that, Mingzhu also advocated the recovery of Taiwan and the defense against Tsarist Russia, and his merits were quite high. However, because mingzhu and Suo'ertu were at odds, the two sides fell in love with each other and excluded each other, and were eventually deposed by the Kangxi Emperor because of their alliance with the party for personal gain, but Kangxi Gu Nian quickly reinstated the pearl official, but he no longer trusted and reused it. After the fall of the Pearl and Soetu, there was the rise of the Maqi Mawu brothers. Later, Mingzhu fell ill and died, and Kangxi also sent the emperor's third son, Yin Zhi, to pay tribute.
The son of Sonny, the head of the four major auxiliary ministers of the Kangxi Dynasty, sonny, he was a first-class bodyguard in his early years, plotting with the Kangxi Emperor to take the form of a surprise attack and take the monopoly of Aobai, and Kangxi was able to truly pro-government. Because Suo Etu's niece was the biological mother of Empress Xiaochengren of the Kangxi Yuan dynasty and crown prince Yin, Soetu had a prominent position and great power. Suo'ertu and another powerful courtier, Mingzhu, attacked each other with hatred, and because they were involved in the dispute over the crown prince, they lost the favor of Kangxi and were imprisoned in the Zongren Mansion. Later, in order to warn the crown prince, Kangxi gave suo ertu to death.
Shang Shu Tuhai, a scholar of the Zhonghedian University and a member of the Ministry of Rites, is an all-rounder in literature and martial arts, and has served competently and effectively. On the issue of the withdrawal of the domain, he agreed with the majority of the people and opposed the withdrawal of the domain. However, with the rise of the San Francisco army, the Kangxi Emperor poured the whole country's troops to quell the rebellion, so Tuhai was entrusted with a heavy responsibility. At that time, the King of Chahar rebelled, Tu Hai went north to quell the rebellion, and stabilized the rear, and Kangxi personally led the Minister of Culture and Military Affairs to greet Tu Hai Banshi at Nanyuan. After pacifying Chahar, Tuhai rushed to Shaanxi without stopping, surrendered Wang Fuchen, and swept away the northwest battlefield in one fell swoop. Since then, Tu Hai has been fighting to quell the Rebellion of San Francisco, during which he also cracked Yang Qilong, the main culprit in the "Zhu San Prince Case", which was wanted by the Qing court for eight years. In the twenty years of the Kangxi Dynasty, Tu Hai became ill with labor, and the general Yin Fuyuan returned to the Beijing Division to recuperate, and died soon after. The Kangxi Emperor ordered his ministers to sacrifice tea wine and give them three thousand taels of silver and a satin kurama.
