In early August, "Xie Dazu" Yu Yuexian died of his injuries when he was rushing to the set in Inner Mongolia when his car was too fast on the highway and hit two camels.

In the entertainment industry for decades, such things have happened from time to time, injuries are still lucky, unfortunate will leave permanent pain, or lose lives.
Today, Brother Eggplant will take you to review the accidents that have occurred and remember those fading stars.
1. The most tragic shooting accident in history: half of the actors in the crew suffered from cancer
Desert Conqueror is a $8 million war epic film produced by RKO Productions in 1954, which tells the story of Temujin, the ancestor of the Yuan Dynasty, who opened up his territory and founded the Mongol Empire.
Since many of the scenes in the film take place in the desert, producer Howard Hughes chose to shoot in the Snow Canyon in Utah, USA.
It was during the Cold War, and Yuka Flat, Nevada, was the site of the U.S. military's nuclear test, just 137 miles from Snow Canyon, which was at its outlet.
In 1953, the U.S. military test-detonated as many as 11 nuclear bombs on that flat land, and the radiation dust and radioactive dust they produced eventually fell into the snow canyon.
Before the crew went to the Snow Canyon to shoot, Hughes also learned that it was not far from Yuka Flat, and had consulted the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission to ask whether the Snow Canyon was safe, and the reply was that there was no nuclear contamination there.
In fact, the committee's experts were lying, or they weren't aware of the problems.
The crew filmed in the Snow Canyon for 13 weeks, and in order to create a scene of flying sand, director Dick Powell got several high-power electric fans to blow the sand up.
Therefore, the crew shoots in the sand every day, and even the things they eat for three meals are contaminated with sand, and those sand dust contain a large number of nuclear radiation dust particles.
After the shooting of the Snow Canyon location was completed, in order to facilitate some re-shooting in the future, the crew also dug 60 tons of sand from the Snow Canyon and transported it back to Hollywood, which led to some crew members who had not been to the Snow Canyon also contaminated with nuclear radiation dust particles.
In the 30 years that followed, 91 people in the crew developed cancer, and more than half of the crew died of cancer.
This includes Susan Hayward, Agnes Moorehead, John Wayne and other stars who have been on location for the longest time, and they are exposed to the most radioactive dust particles.
People gradually realized that the death of the crew members from cancer was related to their filming in the Snow Canyon, and the film was also known as a "radioactive movie".
Producer Howard Hughes was so guilty that he spent $12 million to recycle all copies of the film, sealing it for 17 years.
To this day, we can still see this movie, and it has been restored by Blu-ray, but watching the hard work of the actors in front of the camera, as an audience, it is always not a taste in the heart.
2. "Brother Dragon and Brother Tiger (1986)" filming accident: Jackie Chan was seriously injured in the brain
When Jackie Chan debuted, his stage name came from Bruce Lee ("Jackie Chan" means "to become Bruce Lee"), and his hairstyle imitated Shaw's Fu voice, from Luo Wei Pictures to Jiahe Pictures, he always had a long hair.
Until 1985, when he went to Yugoslavia to shoot "Brother Dragon and Tiger", art director Xi Zhongwen suggested that he change his short hair, but he did not expect that this change almost had to "eat the table".
At the beginning of the movie, there is a fight scene in which Jackie Chan plays a flying eagle who goes to a tribe in Africa to steal the holy spirit sword in the "Armed Forces of God", climbs over a high wall when he escapes, jumps to a big tree, and uses a branch to swing onto the opposite slope.
This shot was filmed 3 times, director Zeng Zhiwei said yes, but Jackie Chan, who has always been striving for excellence, was not satisfied.
Jackie Chan insisted on being able to shoot his own front, so as to prove that there was no use of a stand-in, who knew that there was an accident when shooting the 4th time.
The branch could not bear Jackie Chan's weight and suddenly broke, which caused Jackie Chan to fall directly from the tree to the ground, and his head just touched a stone on the ground, and the sharp stone was inserted into the brain until the brain marrow.
At that time, everyone at the scene was stunned, and Zou Wenhuai, the boss of Jiahe, was also anxious to learn the news, and he immediately found a doctor for Jackie Chan all over the world.
Fortunately, Peterson, a Swiss brain doctor who was lecturing in Yugoslavia, operated on Jackie Chan and pulled him back from the ghost gate.
However, Jackie Chan's right ear middle ear bone was broken, and only 20% of his hearing was left after recovery.
Later, He Guanchang, a high-ranking member of Jiahe, issued a "death order" to Jackie Chan not to have short hair from now on, and to keep his hair long to cover the wound, so we see that Jackie Chan in the Jiahe period has always had long hair.
3. "Demon Hunting Heroes (1989)" exploded on the set: the three stars Hu Huizhong, Li Saifeng and Lu Liangwei were burned to varying degrees
Hu Huizhong and Li Saifeng were both famous Hong Kong action actresses in the 80s and 90s, and 1989's "Demon Hunt" was the second collaboration between the two after 1985's "Summer Lucky Star".
At that time, they were in the "year of fighting", shooting action scenes was very hard, even dangerous movements were easy to not use stand-ins, which also led to their more vulnerable injuries.
On the afternoon of May 17, 1989, after most of the action scenes had been filmed, the last explosion scene remained unmade.
That shot required Hu Huizhong, Li Saifeng, and Lu Liangwei to jump out of the 2nd floor window before the crew detonated the petrol bomb.
At that time, the radio news reported a forecast of a typhoon that night, and the sky was covered with dark clouds, and everyone wanted to finish the work as soon as possible.
And because it was already time to leave work, the Dragon and Tiger Martial Artists on the scene all left work on time, and they couldn't find a stand-in for a while. Under the questioning of director Wang Zhenyang, Lu Liangwei, Li Saifeng and Hu Huizhong all decided to fight in person.
According to Li Saifeng's later recollections, according to the coordination of the scene, they counted to 3 and jumped down, and the staff responsible for detonation could only detonate the petrol bomb when they saw the three people jumping down. As a result, when the boot was started, Lu Liangwei counted to 2 and jumped, and the staff saw him jump, and under the conditioned reflex, he detonated the petrol bomb in advance.
This caused Hu Huizhong and Li Saifeng, who had not yet jumped, to be immediately engulfed in flames.
Hu Huizhong burned the largest area, the entire head was burned black, and the hair was gone; Li Saifeng was burned half of his face, and his hands and back were also burned to varying degrees; and Lu Liangwei was relatively lightly injured, and all three were sent to Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
Fortunately, although Hu Huizhong and Li Saifeng had a large burn area, fortunately, in time to extinguish the fire, only a layer of epidermis burned on the face, and there was no obvious scar after growing new skin.
The two later collaborated on many movies such as "Thief Family", "Dream Awakening Blood Does Not Stop", "Angel SWAT" and so on, and are good sisters who were born into death.
4. "The Crow (1994)" on-set accident: Bruce Lee's son Lee Guo-ho was shot in the abdomen by a bullet and died
The Raven is a $15 million comic adaptation by Miramax Pictures in 1993.
Lee Guo-ho, the son of Bruce Lee, who was gradually accepted by Hollywood after 7 years of his debut, got the role of Crow Eric Dreyver. According to the setting of the original comic, the resurrected Eric Dreyver gained a superpower that could not be used.
During a filming on the evening of April 1, 1993, Lee guo-ho had to face the gunfire of a large group of "gangster big brothers" on the scene.
The actors used real guns, but they should have shot empty package bullets, but Lee Guohao was hit in the abdomen by a bullet of unknown origin from one of the pistols, and unfortunately died of excessive blood loss during the hospital treatment.
According to a later police investigation, the prop designer needed to inspect all the empty packages before filming to make sure they were foolproof. But they didn't examine the guns they used so meticulously that one of the pistols had a bullet in the barrel that wasn't found in time. When the empty package bullet was fired, the shock wave pushed the bullet in the barrel of the gun to shoot out, and finally killed Li Guohao.
The actor who shot him at the time was named Michael Max, and this incident also caused him a lot of damage, and he could never forgive himself or watch the film "The Crow".
Feeling guilty, Michael Max passed away on October 24, 2016, at the age of 61.
5. "Love in Spring (2013)" explosion accident: Yu Haoming and Ren Jiaxuan were seriously burned.
"Love in Spring" is co-produced by CCTV and Mango Tv, adapted from 1996 Hong Kong Asia Television's "I Have a Date with Spring", filmed at Shanghai Film Park.
On the afternoon of October 22, 2010, an accident occurred during the filming of a demolition scene, and the lead actors Yu Haoming and Ren Jiaxuan were seriously burned by the fire because they could not escape, and were sent to Shanghai Ruijin Hospital for emergency treatment.
Among them, S.H.E member Selina Ren Jiaxuan's whole body was burned 54%, and the skin burns on the back and limbs were the most serious, and it took 89 days to return to the public eye, and the scars on the skin required long-term treatment.
S.H.E was originally the hottest female singing group in the Chinese-speaking area at that time, but due to ren Jiaxuan's burns, its development was temporarily stagnant.
As early as May 2010, at the S.H.E concert, Ren Jiaxuan's boyfriend Zhang Chengzhong had confessed to her in public, when the scene was very romantic, and the two finally got married in October 2011.
But the marriage lasted only for nearly five years, and by March 4, 2016, the two had gone through divorce procedures.
The sisters of the members of S.H.E are affectionate but still maintained to this day, hebe Tian Fuzhen and Ella Chen Jiahua have always been inseparable from Ren Jiaxuan, and the consolidation of their relationship is enviable. Although they each have their own development now, the S.H.E group did not disband until August 2018, when they also released the single "Seventeen", and in September they also held "Seventeen Concert".
Despite so many tribulations, Ren Jiaxuan can still treat life with a normal heart and face the world with a positive attitude.
Over the years, she has long since walked out of the shadow left by burns, and she has fallen in love with running, her body has gradually recovered, her body has become better, and she has become more sunny and confident than before, and often participates in marathons.
Actor Yu Haoming's injuries were as serious as Ren Jiaxuan's, and he was admitted to the intensive care unit at that time, with burns reaching 35%.
Yu Haoming was also treated for 2 years, and did not return from his injuries until December 31, 2012, but his face has changed, no longer the image of the sunshine teenager he used to be, and the scars left by the fire on his face are clearly visible.
But Yu Haoming was not defeated by reality, he changed his image, honed his acting skills, became old in front of the camera, and was able to take on more complex characters.
After all these years of hard work, Yu Haoming also walked out of the huge pain left by this accident, and his acting skills were also recognized by the audience.
6. "Daredevil 2 (2012)" Bulgarian set explosion accident: Jet Li's stand-in Liu Kun was killed by the explosion
The Daredevil series is an action film series developed by Stallone in 2010, with the focus of bringing together many 90s action stars, and Jet Li's Yin and Yang is an important role.
After the box office hit of Daredevil, Stallone developed a sequel in 2011, and Jet Li still returned to the cast and had a lot of scenes.
Many of the action scenes in the film are very dangerous, and the crew also equipped Jet Li with a stuntman, Liu Kun, a 26-year-old young actor from Qingjian, Shaanxi.
Liu Kun left home at the age of 18 to chase his dreams, but although he worked hard, he could only run a dragon set in the crew.
In order to get more opportunities, he began to try to work as a stand-in so that he could have more contact with the big stars. And when Liu Kun was recruited into the "Daredevil 2" crew, he was also very happy, which may be his chance to turn over.
Liu Kun is actually not similar to Jet Li, he has a slightly fat round face, but because his stand-in is a long-range view, he will not shoot the face. After working in Bulgaria for nearly 2 months, the shooting has also entered the end, Liu Kun still has 2 weeks to go home, but it is at this time that the accident occurred.
On October 27, 2011, the crew filmed a group of rubber boats exploding on the surface of a lake in a reservoir 15 kilometers from the capital Sofia. When the rubber boat was detonated, an accident occurred due to too much material. Liu Kun and another stunt double, Sun Nuo, were blown up before they could jump into the water, Liu Kun was killed on the spot, and Sun Nuo was seriously injured.
The film company finally paid Liu Kun's family $25,000 in compensation, which was equivalent to only 160,000 yuan, less than a fraction of Jet Li's remuneration.
It is rumored that Jet Li himself also sent a sum of money to Liu Kun's family at his own expense, but no one knows the exact amount.
7. The recording scene of the variety show "Chase Me": Gao Yixiang unfortunately died suddenly
"Chase Me" is an urban night view running competition show launched by Zhejiang Satellite TV at the end of 2019.
The show requires the participating celebrity guests to chase in the urban CBD at night, and they need to go through the "honeycomb", step on plum blossom piles, climb hills and other levels, and even grab the rope to climb the 70-meter-high building, which is particularly difficult.
Even athletes like Zou Shiming were "tortured" to the point of leg cramps; Zhong Chuxi, who recorded two episodes of the show, also "went on strike," saying that she went back to rest for half a month before recovering her strength.
And Gao Yixiang is a model, usually often exercise and fitness, excellent physical fitness, could have been able to support, but he was a little cold that day, but also a little tired.
The incident occurred on the evening of November 26, 2019, at 21:30, Gao Yixiang participated in the recording of two mini-games, and the rest of the time he watched others perform.

At 1:30, the guests, directors and staff at the scene discovered Gao Yixiang's abnormality and all came close to inspect, and then medical staff from the Ningbo Emergency Center arrived and carried out rescue.
After more than 20 minutes of emergency treatment, Gao Yixiang was sent to the nearby Ningbo Medical Center Li Huili Hospital for rescue.
But after more than 2 hours of rescue, Gao Yixiang still could not be rescued, and his life was forever fixed at the age of 35. After this incident, under the huge pressure of public opinion, the "Chase Me" program was also permanently suspended.
From the filming of movies to the recording of variety shows, the occurrence of accidents one after another makes us realize that stars are the same as us ordinary people. They can also be injured, lose face or even lose their lives due to accidents. Therefore, security issues are very important and need our attention at all times.
Many people have doubts about what the beyond band would have achieved if Huang Jiaju had not died in 1993 due to accidents; if Fu Sheng, Zhang Yusheng, Chen Baiqiang, Michael Jackson, and Kobe Bryant were still alive, what kind of wonderful world would the world be.
But there are all kinds of imperfections in the world, and we can't turn back the clock and let everything happen again, but we can avoid more tragedies with a cautious heart.
