In accordance with the instructions of Li Qilin, chief procurator of the Autonomous Regional People's Procuratorate, on "taking Li Shuyao as a negative example and warning education in the procuratorial organs of the whole region," on October 21, the Dalat Banner People's Procuratorate held a meeting on implementing the spirit of Li Qilin's instructions, with Li Shuyao and others as the negative typical warning education. The meeting was presided over by Qi Zhubing, member of the party leading group and deputy procurator general of the academy, and members of the leading body at home and all cadres and policemen attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Qi Zhubing, deputy procurator general, gave a briefing on typical cases with Li Shuyao and others as the opposite, and Daniel Zhang, member of the party leading group of the academy and head of the discipline inspection and supervision group stationed in the academy, conducted an in-depth analysis of the case, and in order to earnestly take the case as a lesson and use the case to clarify discipline, further build an ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration, and earnestly enhance the ideological consciousness and action consciousness of comprehensively and strictly administering the party.
Procurator General Ren Chan put forward three requirements for this warning education work:
First, we should raise our standing, unify our thinking, and fully understand the great significance of doing a good job in warning education. It is necessary to earnestly dig deep and carefully investigate politically, ideologically, in work, organizationally, and in work style, eliminate the impact of corruption cases, create a good environment for officials to start their own businesses, and use the "sharp sword" of warning education to touch the souls of party members and cadres.
The second is to temper party spirit, be strict with oneself, and always maintain the political nature of procuratorial cadres and policemen who are upright and clean. It is necessary to continuously strengthen self-building, take negative typical cases as a warning, take a firm stand in the face of all kinds of temptations, resolutely oppose and resist all kinds of words and deeds that negate, weaken, and dilute the party's leadership, and earnestly display the character of absolute loyalty and embody political firm ethics with practical actions.
The third is to take the case as a lesson, grasp it together, and strive to promote the implementation of the work of "using cases to promote reform". It is necessary to put this work in a prominent position, have the courage to take responsibility, take the initiative, and earnestly achieve "one point of deployment and nine points of implementation" with greater determination, stricter requirements, and more practical measures.
