Good mountains and good water produce good tea

Thorn Song

Where there is good tea, there must be good water, there must be good mountains, and there must be good landscapes. My Ming Dynasty compatriot Zhang Yuan said in his "Tea Record": "Tea people, the god of water; water people, tea bodies." Non-real water does not show its god, and non-refined tea peeks into its body. "Good tea must be produced between good mountains and good water."

Where good tea is produced, there is a good terroir that adapts to the growth of tea plants. This terroir cannot be stolen or taken away, it integrates all the unique elements of a place, climate, altitude, four seasons, soil, vegetation, light, etc., all indispensable.

As a tea lover, I have been to Fujian and Yunnan to visit tea, of course, I often ask for tea in longjing and Dongting Mountains, as well as the tea gardens of Yixing, Yushan and Anji, I have seen countless good tea gardens, drunk countless good teas, but never been to Ya'an. For Ya'an's tea, it is also known as it. Only know that Ya'an is the earliest place in history to produce tea, only know that Ya'an produces black tea, the scale is so large, it is said that if you just pile up the tea leaves transported into Tibet over the years, there are several Mount Everest high.

Many years ago, I was drinking tea and chatting at the home of a friend who loved tea and knew tea in Shanghai, and somehow I talked about Tibetan tea. A friend went to the study to find a large tea brick, which gave me the first time to see Tibetan tea. But I am very sorry, I don't know why, the entrance to the Tibetan tea that day was like a gust of wind blowing in my ears, which did not leave any impression on me.

Now I must say that Ya'an's Tibetan tea is really a hero in tea. Its thick and cheerful, its domineering spirit, is able to impress people at once and take care of them. No wonder the small businessman of China Writers magazine has repeatedly emphasized that her favorite thing is Tibetan tea. When I praised The Nectar and the Budding in front of her, she always said that Tibetan tea was her favorite. Her attitude is sincere and stubborn. After I abandoned my prejudices and seriously drank a few mouthfuls of Tibetan tea that was as strong as wine, I understood her love for Tibetan tea. The thickness and composure of Ya'an Tibetan tea, its strong aroma, can really drink the vigor of spring, but also appreciate the long distance of the years. It is a refreshing tea, a tea to relieve difficulties and fatigue, a tea to awaken the soul, and a tea that makes people feel this without a day.

Mengding Mountain is a fairy mountain, ten thousand acres of tea garden green waves surging in the sea, its fingerprints are clearly visible in the hands of the gods, to the world to send countless good tea, all kinds of good tea. In the words of a local ya'an: drinking manna and stone flowers, drinking stone flowers and yellow buds, drinking yellow buds and jade leaf changchun, drinking jade leaf changchun and Lingjiaowan tea, drinking Lingjiaowan tea and accompanying tea, drinking accompanying tea and immortal tea...

Li Bai, a wine immortal, once threatened that "the sages of ancient times are lonely, and only the drinker keeps his name." The drink he said, of course, was just drinking. He did indeed spend his life drinking. But I really didn't expect it, and he also said something like this: "But Yuquan Zhengong often picks and drinks it, is more than eighty years old, and the color is like a peach blossom." And this tea is fragrant and smooth, different from others, so it can also rejuvenate the child and help the life. "The famous wine fairy, even loves tea, even thinks that tea can not only maintain health, but also make people rejuvenate." No wonder Ya'an is beautiful, ya's youthful beauty, maybe it is really thanks to Ya'an's good tea!

The plane landed in Chengdu, and the beautiful woman who picked me up pulled me directly to the top of Mengshan Mountain. Along the way, she said non-stop, talking about the history of Ya'an, saying about the customs and customs of Ya'an, and naturally talking about Ya'an's tea. Her love for Ya'an is beyond words. The poet Zhong Yu said that she liked the top of Mengshan Mountain, but she was afraid of going up the mountain, all because of motion sickness. Indeed, the road to the top of the famous mountain circled around, turning me dizzy. However, when we reached the top of the mountain, we suddenly felt that the sky was wide and wide, the green mountains were undulating, and the white river was like practice. The air was cool, the evening breeze was slightly sweet, and the discomfort of the body dissipated immediately. Enter the room, brew a cup of covered yellow buds, sit alone on the balcony, bathe in the mountain breeze, wash your heart with tea, and feel more light as a cloud, like a fairy.

Writer Jiang Lan wrote that the "Ya" of Ya'an was originally the "crow" of crows. Its text is full of splendor, and I have no intention of reading it carefully, but I just insist that the elegance of Ya'an should be the elegance of elegance and the elegance of elegance. Can I be a Ya'an Yaren? Between the greenery under this high sky, there is idle drinking good tea and nothing to read interesting books. The white clouds erase the troubles of the past and there is no calendar day, and the sound of the ten thousand wood leaves is just like chanting the sutra and no longer sad. Wen Zhenheng said in his "Chronicle of Long Things": "Construct a bucket room, xiang ping shan zhai, set up a tea set inside, teach a child to specialize in tea service, for the long day to talk, cold night wu sitting." The first priority of the ghost is not to be wasted. "For the literati, living in a place where good tea is produced by the mountains and water, hands are tired of throwing books, and there are good tea in all seasons that enter the heart, refreshing the spirit, which is undoubtedly a kind of idle and immortal ideal."

Mr. Sun Wanping led his team to survey Ya'an for many years and found many remnants of ancient tea gardens. Tea gardens in the Ming and Qing dynasties, tea gardens in the Song Dynasty, and even tea gardens in the Tang Dynasty, the steps are traced and chiseled. The pictures they take are evocative. In the trance, time and space are boundless, they are dressed in clothes and shoes, like ancients—yes, a Ya'an ancient, bent over the tea garden, floating among the clouds. Song Dynasty poet Yang Wanli has a poetic cloud: "The smell of the old people is as clear as tea, and the old people are as bright as the wind and bone tea." "Tea has a smell and a wind bone, and the realm of "Qing" and "Ming" has been pursued by countless scribes and masters since ancient times.

Ya'an is so unforgettable! On that afternoon in the old street along the river in the ancient town, we sat under the big tree, drinking the new tea of mengding manna, listening to the wind, listening to the birdsong, and felt that the most adorable place in spring was in this shallow cup. The content of the chat also seems to be about tea. Tea was also used as medicine before the Qin and Han Dynasties, and legend has it that when Shennong tasted hundred herbs, he used tea to detoxify. Lu Yu said in the "Tea Classic": "Tea, bitter tea, sweet and bitter, slightly cold, non-toxic." The main fistula, good for urination, go phlegm thirst and heat, let people sleep less. The bitterness of autumn harvest, the Lord's breath dissipated. He also quoted the "Zi Zi Fang" as saying: "To cure children's unprovoked convulsions, they should be boiled with bitter tea and green onions." After Lu Yu, tea became the "drink of biya", no longer emphasizing its medicinal function. The Tang Dynasty began to have very formal tea processing. After entering the Song Dynasty, tea drinking became a common practice, not only into daily life, but also into history, becoming an important vein of Chinese culture. In the small talk, we all feel that Ya'an's tea is so good that it does not match its reputation enough. However, we are also convinced that the vigorous promotion and publicity of Ya'an tea by all parties will surely make more people understand Ya'an tea and fall in love with Ya'an tea. Who in the world does not know the king, it should be just around the corner.

Because, Ya'an's tea, that's so good!
