Mui Ne, a Vietnamese town that combines the sea and the desert perfectly

Mui Ne, a Vietnamese town that combines the sea and the desert perfectly

As a teenager, I read an essay about a Vietnamese city called Saigon: sprawling colonial buildings, intricate white reliefs. French architecture, the shadow of sycamores on the side of the road, the ladies sitting on the tricycle look grumpy, and the elephants in the circus raise their two front legs. Everything was so incredibly gorgeous, and desolate.

I also thought about the day when I set foot on this land, whether I would sit on the side of the street and look at the crowds, or walk through different styles of buildings to feel the unreality of time and space, or spend an afternoon in a café to write a postcard to a friend from afar.

Just when I was about to forget this memory, I came to this place , Vietnam, where saigon was once, ho Chi Minh City now.

People say that Vietnam is a country that you love and hate, a country that makes you plan to never come again but always forget when you think about it. You'll be fascinated by the beautiful and tranquil beaches, the delicious but inexpensive seafood barbecues, the green and healthy Vietnamese spring rolls, or just the slender waist of the Hanoi woman and the back of the Odette. At that time, the light was silent, and only the good marks would not be erased. Even if you travel all over the country, you may not be able to understand Vietnam, so you can focus on a few cities and appreciate her beauty.

So as usual, I planned this trip not only for the familiar and unfamiliar Ho Chi Minh, but also Mui Ne and Dalat, two beautiful and retro Vietnamese cities.

Preparation:

The first is still the most important visa:

Vietnam visa is divided into a single round trip within a month, two round trips in a month, multiple round trips within half a year, etc., the single round trip visa fee is about 380 yuan, you can get a 30-day validity of individual tourist visa, the visa takes 5 working days. You need to bring the original passport valid for more than 6 months and 2 2-inch color photos.

dressing:

In Vietnam, you can wear light summer clothes during the day, you can carry a thin jacket, avoid air conditioning rooms, the air conditioning in the car is too low to catch cold, sometimes cool at night, you need to wear an autumn jacket; when entering a formal occasion, you can not wear slippers, shorts, short skirts, sleeveless tops and other unsuitable clothes, please pay attention to carry; go to the jungle wild with mosquitoes, you need to wear long clothes and pants, please carry; shoes should be light and fit, suitable for walking, and should not wear newly purchased shoes and high heels.

time difference:

Vietnam is located in the Eastern Seven Regions, so UTC+7 is currently used as the standard time. It is 7 hours faster than coordinated universal time and 1 hour slower than the UTC+8 of neighboring China, such as 8:00 a.m. Beijing time and 7:00 a.m. Vietnam time.

Vietnam travel ahead of time to take the addiction ~

Travelogue officially begins!

Day1

Arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and charter a car to Go Mui Ne

Night stay at The Cliff Resort and Residences

On the first day I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City by plane in the evening.

Considering that the itinerary should be smoother, my Vietnam tour route is to go to Ho Chi Minh first, and then from Ho Chi Minh to Mui Ne and Dalat, with Ho Chi Minh as the last stop.

So when we arrived in Ho Chi Minh, we chartered a car directly to Mui Ne, which took about 4-5 hours and cost about 600 yuan.

Mina, when I hear this name, I first think of Japan, and I think of Minako, the "sailor of beauty" who represents love and beauty, and the blonde hair fluttering. But Mui Ne is a fishing village town located on the MuiNe Peninsula northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Some people say that Mui Ne is "helplessly beautiful".

Once a small fishing village, Mui Ne is now a famous seaside resort in Vietnam. The long coastline, lively fishing villages and coconut waves are just the scenery that everyone looks forward to. At Mui Ne, you can eat fresh seafood every day, enjoy stunning sunsets, and play exciting sea entertainment, while low consumption makes it easier than any other place to realize your vacation dreams.

After arriving in Mui Ne we checked into Sea Cliff Resort.

Mediterranean-style, it offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and a luxurious spa, just 3.7 mi from the centre of Phan Thiet.

This hotel definitely ranks in the top 5 of Mui Ne's resorts, whether it is the environment, location, service, already facilities, it is very perfect. Inside the hotel, there is a large bougainvillea trail full of two rows of bougainvillea. There are also restaurants, outdoor pools, gardens, private beaches, etc.

Day2

Sea Cliff Resort breakfast

Visit Mui Ne Fishing Village

Visit the white sand dunes

Go to the red sand dunes to watch the sunset

Breakfast in the morning at the Sea Cliff Resort, the restaurant is facing the sea, I haven't had breakfast with the sea breeze for a long time

Breakfast was astounding, rice noodle fruit bread had everything, three rows of buffet style. The service is also very good, don't forget to tip, the waiter will be very happy.

After breakfast, walk around the hotel, stop and watch on the path full of green vines, or green, or dark green, or tender green vines crawl all over the wall, shining in the sun with turquoise luster, full of life.

After a morning walk around the hotel and after lunch, we chartered a jeep (cost 240rmb) to mui ne fishing village.

Mui Ne's fishing village is located in the east of Mui Ne, and some people say that it is most suitable to drive a motorcycle. But we are many people and consider the safety problem, so we still choose chartered cars. The best time to visit Mui Ne Fishing Village is in the afternoon ~ so we don't hurry to come after noon~

Mui Ne Fishing Village is a well-preserved ancient fishing village, simple and natural, the so-called sea by the sea to eat the sea, every morning fishermen will bring a night of catch seafood back to the sea.

The waves constantly wash the coast, paving a thin layer of water, and from a distance it seems that the entire coast is like a mirror, reflecting the shadows of people and things on the shore, which is particularly beautiful. The biggest difference between Mui Ne Fishing Village and the beaches elsewhere is that the waves here have a long buffer zone, and basically the entire beach of tens of meters is constantly being washed by the sea. Walking on the beach, the warm waters sliding back and forth between your toes was great. The men here generally go out to sea to fish, and the women are responsible for handling the seafood they catch.

The breath of the sea is overwhelming, the fishing village is very quiet, and the various boats moored at sea are like toys from a distance.

Mui Ne Fishing Village is Mui Ne's two major sunset spots, the other is the red sand dunes.

Desert and sea should not have appeared in one place at the same time, but Mui Ne selflessly embraced these two different landscapes. However, fish and bear paws can't be combined, so we left Mui Ne Fishing Village and went to the Red Sand Dunes to watch the sunset.

Because it was still some time before sunset, we first went to the equally famous white sand dunes.

From the fishing village to the White Desert, it takes more than half an hour to be idyllic and open to view.

Coming to the white sand dunes, the local temperature is very high, and there are not many tourists. Desert, blue sky, lake water, white clouds reflect each other, like a beautiful oil painting. Walking in the desert, the hot sand, a little hot foot, as if doing a foot treatment. The sand here is very fine. Not only can you watch a magnificent desert sunrise, but you can also ride a sandmobile.

The sprawling sand dunes are Mui Ne's most attractive landscapes, such as the white sand dunes.

There is a blue sky on the top and a white sand pile on the bottom, and I like this color and layering.

The characteristic of the white sand dune is that it is not only the desert, it is also connected to a freshwater lake, which can be described as a lake in the sand, and the sand lake is accompanied by each other, which will be relatively rare in other desert areas, which is also the place where the white sand dunes are famous. The lake is covered with tall, deep tropical jungle vegetation, and Hooper is like a mirror embedded in the desert. A gust of wind blew through, and the treetops of the jungle on the shore rustled and the grains of sand flowed.

After visiting the white sand dunes, it was time for sunset, and we went to the red sand dunes to watch the sunset.

Red sand dunes, also known as yellow sand beach, are closer to the sea, Mui Ne is the sea on one side and the desert on the other, layering on top of each other to form a variety of color bands, the most distinctive of which is the red sand dunes.

It is recommended to come to the red sand dunes to quietly enjoy the view, or take a photo with several people. Although it is not as spectacular as the white sand dunes, it must be a perfect place to watch the sunset. Choose a high place to sit down, watching the sunset gradually sink to the west, reflecting half of the sky, purple sunset and brown-red sand dunes in the sunset under the cover of the sunset to look more gorgeous, showing a romantic atmosphere.

The red sand dunes are especially beautiful at sunset, not so sunny, and there are many beautiful clouds dotted with them, which is definitely a place that photography lovers can't miss!

When the sun goes down, we'll finish the day and drive back to The Sea Cliff Resort.

I said so much about how beautiful the Sea Cliff Hotel is, and today I finally had time to photograph his beauty.

The time for taking photos in the hotel passed quickly, and before you knew it, it was lunchtime. The hotel's restaurant serves local seafood specialties and a wide variety of Western dishes.

I have to say that if you want to eat refreshing seafood, you still have to come to Southeast Asia.

Departing from Mui Ne to Dalat at 3:00 p.m., I was worried that Dalat would foggy, so I set off earlier. Arrive in Dalat in the evening and check into Binh An Village Dalat Resort.
