Is it absolutely true or wrong that the official dictionary refers to Li Yuanhao as "Yuanhao"?

Xinhua Dictionary: Chronology of Chinese Dynasties

Li Yuanhao, whose original surname is Tuoba, but according to the speculations of some experts and scholars, it is believed that Li Yuanhao's Tuoba surname and the Northern Wei Xianbei Tuoba are not the same surname, and the two have nothing to do with each other, and Li Yuanhao's ancestors are only Qiang people who are active in the Qinghai area.

As the founding emperor of Western Xia, it is necessary to know his name. Li Yuanhao, who was given the surname Li by the Tang Emperor in his ancestors, was later given the surname "Zhao" by the Tang Dynasty, and later in the Song Dynasty, he was given the surname "Zhao", so the relevant history books of the Song Dynasty are generally called Zhao Yuanhao. Zhao Yuanhao rebelled against the Song dynasty in the first year of Emperor Renzong of Song (1032) and changed his era name to Xiandao, and openly called the Song Dynasty that year, calling himself "Wu Pawn", abolishing the surnames of "Li" and "Zhao" given by the Tang and Song Dynasties, and changing his name to Xiaoxiao. During the period, the self-determined year number:

Xiandao: 1032 - June 1034

Start of operation: July 1034

Guangyun: August 1034 - 1036

Daqing: December 1036 - September 1038

Heavenly Gifts: October 1038 – 1048 (emperor)

Song Jingyou was proclaimed emperor in the fifth year (1038), and at this time his name was still called Song Xiaoxiao. However, with the subsequent Song-Xia War, Song Renzong took measures such as closing the field and uniting with the Liao state to put pressure on it, and the two sides reached a "Qing calendar peace agreement" in the fourth year of the Qing calendar (1044). The song name XiaoXiao went to the imperial title, and asked Song to still be called Zhao Yuanhao, but the Northern Song Emperor believed that he was not worthy of the surname Zhao, so he still called him Zhao Xiao, and a few years later he was assassinated by his son Ning Lingge, who succeeded him to the throne and changed his father's name to Li Yuanhao.

So, since Li Yuanhao has never called "Yuanhao Yuanhao" from beginning to end, is this title wrong? I don't think so. First of all, within the Western Xia, Li Yuanhao probably still called himself "Song Ming Xiao", due to the lack of historical records and could not prove that he did not do so, even if not, he also determined for himself his surname "Song Name", and Li Yuanhao's Chinese name was called YuanHao, and his being called "Song Name Yuanhao" cannot be said to be completely wrong, but may be a kind of academic title for him.

However, almost all historians call him Li Yuanhao. Therefore, "Sakamei Yuanhao" may be a misreading of history by the dictionary editors themselves.
