Zhao Mingyang, the former chairman of Dalian Albin Football Club, who was previously included in the list of untrustworthiness by the Dalian Intermediate People's Court, recently hung on the electronic screen of the subway station and was publicized.

At the end of 2015, Zhao Mingyang, whose capital chain was broken, transferred the Albin Club to Dalian Yifang Group, and the team has since changed its name to Dalian Yifang.
