On the afternoon of October 25th, Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama's work "Pumpkin", as the first batch of bonded exhibition artworks of the 4th CIIE in the Shanghai Customs District, successfully exited the freight bayonet of Nizakura North Road in waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone and officially embarked on the road to the Expo.

Kusama's giant Pumpkin is packed in a giant chest with a side length of 3 meters. Under the supervision of customs, the box was slowly lifted and carefully transferred to the flatbed truck, and it was smoothly discharged from the warehouse.

This "Pumpkin" sculpture is Yayoi Kusama's 2019 work, stainless steel, about 3 meters in length, width and height, and the red pumpkin is covered with classic black polka dots. In order to promote the exhibition of this work, the customs of the bonded area provides a full chain of customs clearance convenience services from entering the area and exiting the area to the return area of the exhibits.

It is reported that the exhibition area of artworks at this expo will reach about 1200 square meters, the largest in history.
