On the evening of February 27, the people's court of the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone obtained by The Paper from Liu Zhenhua's father Liu Moujun showed that the court ordered the defendants Liu Moujun and Song Moujun to compensate the plaintiffs Li X and Dong X (Li Mingzhu's parents) for 626,689,860 yuan in death compensation, funeral expenses, transportation expenses, accommodation expenses, and lost work expenses within the scope of inheriting the inheritance of their son Liu Zhenhua.

The judgment also shows that after the incident, Beijing Yunda Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd., which operates the Didi Chuxing platform, has reached a compensation agreement with Li and Dong. After filing the case on August 23, 2018, the court applied the summary procedure in accordance with the law and held a public hearing. Due to the complexity of the case, it was transferred to ordinary proceedings on November 22, 2018.

The judgment pointed out that Li Mingzhu was the only daughter of the plaintiff and Liu Zhenhua was the only son of the defendant. Liu Zhenhua's first order heirs are only his father Liu Moujun and his mother Song Moumou, Liu Zhenhua and Guo Moumou had a marriage history before his death, but did not have children, and the two have registered a divorce on July 25, 2017.

According to the facts ascertained by the court, Liu Zhenhua's inheritance and inheritance civil rights mainly include a Yu A82RU5 "Jianghuai Ruifeng" brand off-road vehicle and a 120-square-meter resettlement house that was determined and allocated in Hecun and the city. If the defendant fails to perform the obligation to pay money within the period specified in the judgment, it shall pay double the interest on the debt during the period of delayed performance in accordance with the provisions of Article 253 of the Civil Procedure Law.
