China Merchants Bank (03968) issued an announcement that the company's board of directors meeting deliberated and passed the "Proposal on Nominating Mr. Li Delin as an Executive Director", and agreed that Mr. Li Delin was a candidate for the executive director of the company's eleventh board of directors, nominated by the nomination committee of the board of directors and submitted to the shareholders' general meeting for election.
