Guo Lei, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1980, Wangdu, Hebei, a member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor's degree, master's degree in engineering, joined the army in June 2002, joined the party in May 2003, transferred from the army to the Baoding Municipal People's Procuratorate in December 2016, and is currently the deputy director of the Seventh Procuratorial Department of the Baoding Municipal People's Procuratorate. Since engaging in procuratorial work, he has actively integrated and quickly completed the role change from military cadres to procuratorial cadres and policemen.
He always set strict demands on himself by the standards of excellent party members and completed every task with a rigorous attitude. In the special activities of substantive resolution of administrative disputes carried out by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, he took the initiative to communicate and coordinate with the courts, the Bureau of Justice and other units to resolve cases, personally participated in the substantive resolution of nearly ten cases of administrative disputes, and the number of administrative dispute resolution cases resolved by the procuratorial organs of Baoding City ranked among the best in the province in the special activities.
