In March this year, the Gaoping police found that local personnel Shi Mou, Li Mou and Wang Mou had drug abuse and trafficking behavior, and after obtaining clues, the police did not immediately take measures against the three people, but carefully controlled them, so as to further excavate the drug abuse and trafficking gang behind them. After several days of control, it was found that in addition to buying drug heroin from Yang Mou, a suspect in drug trafficking on the line, Shi Mou and Li Mou also secretly contacted and traded drugs with a mysterious man driving a vehicle with a Henan license plate on many occasions. After carefully studying and judging the case situation, the Gaoping anti-narcotics department decided to set up a special case team to dig deep and investigate the clues.
After in-depth work, the police of the special case group found that the mysterious man driving a Vehicle of Henan Nationality frequently entered and exited changzhi, Jincheng and Henan in Shanxi, did not operate a legitimate business, had a mysterious whereabouts, and was suspected of drug trafficking. In order to further trace the source, break the chain, and destroy the network, the special case group decided to carry out investigation in three ways, all the way to a certain place in Henan to track the suspect vehicle and carry out a control and investigation of the mysterious man; all the way to Changzhi to track, touch, and control the drug trafficking suspect Yang X, and choose the opportunity to arrest; all the way to Gaoping, shi X, Li X, Wang X, and others who were trafficking and sucking, and organize arrests at an appropriate time.
After nearly a month of night-and-day investigation and investigation, the special case team went to Henan to accurately grasp the trajectory of the "mysterious man's" activities, and determined that the mysterious man was Liu Mou, a henan man who traded drugs with Gaoping's local drug addicts and traffickers Shi Mou and Li Mou.
In late May, the police found that Liu Mou might go to Gaoping City to conduct drug trading in the near future, and the special case team quickly reported this situation, and the leaders of the anti-narcotics departments at the jincheng and gaoping city and county levels attached great importance to it, and the anti-drug detachment of the Jincheng City Public Security Bureau led the team, and the elite police forces at the city and county levels were dispatched to Henan to prepare for arrest. After rushing to Henan, the police of the special case team overcame various difficulties such as hot weather and mosquito bites, carried out all-weather strict control in the suspect's community and various entrances and exits, and after two days and two nights of squatting, at 3:00 a.m. on May 26, 2021, with the close cooperation of the local police in Henan, the suspect Liu Mou, who was about to drive to Gaoping to conduct drug transactions with Shi and Li, was arrested in one fell swoop, and 4495.79 grams of methcathinone (also known as "zombie medicine") and 195.94 grams of caffeine were seized on the spot.
The other two police officers acted synchronously and arrested Shi, Li, Wang, and Yang. At the beginning of June, the special case team arrested Shi Mou with the cooperation of the Changzhi police and seized 260.79 grams of heroin and more than 90,000 yuan in cash on the spot. So far, all 6 criminal suspects involved in the case have been brought to the case.
At present, the criminal suspects Liu X, Yang X, Li X, Shi X, Shi X and Wang X have been arrested according to law, and the case is still being further excavated and expanded.
Methcathinone in this case, commonly known as "bath salts", also known as the legendary "zombie drug", is a highly effective psychotropic drug that acts directly on the central nervous system and can cause hallucinogenicity.
"Bath salts" are generally liquids in powdered state or mixed with water, and excessive consumption can easily cause irreversible brain damage and even death.
In the 2012 "Face Eater" incident in the United States, a friend of the attacker, Rudy Eugene, said that Rudy was a reasonable, gentle and friendly person. And such crazy behavior is caused by smoking "bath salts".
"Bath salts" are very potent, and after taking similar drugs, people can become very aggressive. Previously, there were cases abroad that 6 security personnel had just subdued a drug taker weighing about 68 kilograms.
