After triggering the dialogue, the npc will be encountered again in another part of the map, and when you descend from the skeleton flag next to it, you will encounter the Elite Monster.

Once defeated, you will get a teleportation rune, and when you encounter a teleporter in the image below, you can use the teleportation to enter a new area.
Rune Collection: Shepherd
Once you have the Teleportation Rune, you can enter the new Map Bone Hall from the Avenue of the Guilty.
