Sister Quanshui is a lyricist singer. Although she can write many enduring lyrics, it is somewhat difficult to get Sister Quanshui to compose unforgettable songs. In the early stages of Izumi's sister's career as a singer, Oda Tetsuro, Seiichiro Kuribayashi, Masao Akashi and others composed and arranged on singles and albums, which made Izumizu sister a huge success. Since 1997, there has been a personnel turmoil in The Being, Oda Tetsuro and others have fled, and the abilities of composers such as Aiko Ohno and Tokunaga Akihito have not yet reached the height of Oda Tetsuro. In the case of the decline in the quality of composition, the quality of Izumi's sister's songs also began to slide.

This is Sister Quanshui's understanding of lyrics. Sister Quanshui is a very good lyricist, but in order to write excellent words, she often forgets to eat and sleep. In addition, Sister Quanshui often writes and records songs at night, and she can't sleep for several nights. The irregularity of the long-term work and rest made Quanshui's sister's body quickly eat up, and at the same time, the voice line was also damaged to a certain extent.
It is also because of physical reasons that Izumi sister pushed out the "Red and White Song Battle", which is said to have caused a conflict between NHK TV and Being. And not being able to appear on the "Red and White Song Battle" has also become a lifelong regret for my sister.

Soon, in 2000, Sister Quanshui was diagnosed with a series of diseases such as uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and endometriosis. This forced Sister Quanshui to rest for nearly a year from 2001 to 2002. During this time, Sister Quanshui fell silent.

In 2002, after more than half a year of silence, Sister Quanshui began to produce new music again.
However, the same musicians, the same big black Moji, who also suffered from gynecological diseases, have been cultivated for five or six years. Sister Quanshui only used it for less than a year, how could it be cured? This also laid the groundwork for my sister's cancer...
On April 9, 2003, Sister Izumi released the single "Tomorrow", "Dreaming of Tomorrow"), which was used as detective Conan's 17th ending song.
"Dreams are symbols of hope... For example, like painting, I heard that the more depressed people like cheerful paintings, the "dream" in this song lyrics also contains positive and negative, and the psychological state of people who hear differently from person to person will also have subtle differences! "This is Sister Quanshui's message to this song, and it is also a message to us.
"Tomorrow を梦見て 強がっては 梦の入り口に やっとせっかくたったのに ..." Represented by this song, Sister Izumi changed her previous style. Sadness, becoming the new business card of The Fountain Sister song. This single eventually sold more than 60,000 copies, far less than the brilliant moment of Sister Quanshui.

In April 2007, during a hospital examination, Sister Quanshui was found to have metastasized cancer cells to the lungs, and Sister Quanshui was urgently admitted to the hospital for treatment. But fortunately, it was still early, and Sister Quanshui didn't even have to undergo chemotherapy. Although the weight has been losing, even less than 30 kilograms, the condition is gradually improving. In the hospital, Sister Quanshui has even been singing, encouraging herself and encouraging her patients.
On May 27 of the same year, an announcement shocked all of East Asia.
Sister Quanshui passed away.

However, this news is absolutely true.
On the morning of May 26, after completing her routine walk, Sister Quanshui accidentally fell down a staircase about 3 meters high on the way back to the ward, resulting in severe brain trauma. Despite the doctor's efforts to rescue her, at 3:10 p.m. on May 27, Sister Quanshui left this world.

In June 2007, in the first week after the death of Sister Quanshui, the album "Golden Best~15th Anniversary~" for the 15th anniversary of Sister Quanshui's debut entered the top three of the charts from outside the 300th place of the music chart, and continued to be released, and finally sold 442,000 copies in the same year, with a cumulative sales of more than 1 million copies, becoming the last million albums of Sister Quanshui.
From June 26 to 27, at the Aoyama Funeral Home in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a memorial meeting for Sister Izumi and a "music funeral" were held separately, and more than 40,000 fans came to the scene. During this time, ZARD's office set up a flower offering desk in Roppongi, Tokyo, and more than 2,000 fans came to offer flowers and mourn.
