On October 19, the family of Kuang Haijuan, the head of Shanzhuang Township, Anfu County, Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, reported that more than a month ago, when Kuang Haijuan went to the countryside of Xinbei Village, he encountered someone with a knife and was stabbed in the process of stopping it, and unfortunately passed away after 8 days of rescue, and his body has been stored in the funeral home for more than a month and has not been buried.

According to the official website of the Anfu County People's Government, Guo Haijuan was born in October 1979 and served as the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and the head of Shanzhuang Township, presiding over the overall work of the government, focusing on projects and financial management, and supervising the implementation of various tasks.
Family members said that on Saturday, September 7, Guo Haijuan, the secretary of the party committee of Shanzhuang Township, the chairman of the people's congress and others went to Xinbei Village to discuss the construction of the new countryside with village cadres on a cement floor. At about 10:50, a villager found them and took out a knife to commit the murder.
"Guo Haijuan was stabbed and hemorrhaged profusely, and when he was sent to the hospital in Anfu County, he had no heartbeat, and then he was maintained by various machines, and he was transferred to the hospital in Nanchang for treatment, and died at 4:29 pm on September 15." The medical photos provided by Guo Haijuan's family show that Guo Haijuan was admitted to the hospital at 11:02 on September 7 because he was "30 minutes after being stabbed with no involuntary heartbeat and breathing", with a knife wound about 3 cm long on his right shoulder, a wound about 2 cm long on his left elbow joint, and a knife wound about 5 cm long on the outside of the tuberosity of his left tibia.
