As the forefront and demonstration area of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, Qingpu District was selected by the Shanghai Municipal Agriculture and Rural Committee in 2021 as a pilot area for the promotion of the quality improvement of farmer cooperatives, becoming one of the four pilot areas in the city. Yesterday (October 18) afternoon, the 2024 Qingpu District New Agricultural Business Main Service Center Unveiling and Counselor Pre-appointment Training Meeting was held in Hama Craftsman (Shanghai) Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative.
At the meeting, the District Agriculture and Rural Committee awarded the license to the Qingpu District New Agricultural Business Main Service Center. The meeting read out the notice of appointment of the counselor of the new agricultural business entity in the district, and issued a letter of appointment to the representative of the counselor of the new agricultural business entity in the district. The person in charge of the Qingpu District New Agricultural Business Main Service Center made an exchange speech. At the training meeting, the District Agriculture and Rural Committee put forward three work requirements for the promotion of the work of "counselor + service center", "the service center should establish rules and regulations and improve ability", "counselors should practice basic skills and be good at guiding", "strengthen management and solve problems".
At present, the development level of agricultural operators in Qingpu District has been significantly improved, and new industries and new formats have sprung up like mushrooms after a rain, showing a good trend of vigorous development, but from the perspective of the industry, there is a certain gap between Qingpu District's economic fruit forest quality, production and marketing docking, and high-quality and high value-added agricultural products, and there are still many challenges and problems in the development process, which need to be continuously explored and breakthroughs.
According to reports, relying on the resource advantages of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone and Huawei's R&D Center, Jinze Town will use the "Golden Persimmon" to develop planting in front of and behind farmers' houses, forming "one village, one product" to increase farmers' income. In order to allow farmers to master the planting and management techniques of golden persimmons, Qingpu District has set up a second business main service center, which is operated by the Hama Craftsman Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative, and selected a group of counselors with high political quality and strong professional ability from the village committee of Jinze Town. Through the model of "counselor + service center", we will provide guidance services for farmers in Kanazawa and promote the quality of fruits to take new steps on the road of standardization, standardization and branding. Relevant functional departments of the District Agriculture and Rural Committee, Jinze Town Agricultural Service Center, counselors from villages and some cooperatives participated in the event.
