6. Obey the command and management of the staff of the reserve, and visit in a civilized manner.
For any act that obstructs administrative law enforcement personnel from performing their official duties in accordance with the law, the relevant departments will impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Law on Administrative Penalties for People's Republic of China Public Security; If the act constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility will be pursued in accordance with the law.
