For this competition, I carefully analyzed the departmental functions of the General Department and had a certain understanding of this position.
First, the comprehensive department is a comprehensive functional department that plays a coordinating role in the work of the whole company, responsible for the company's secretarial, safety production, asset management, guest reception, vehicle management and party and labor group construction, etc., and is the window for information transmission, policy implementation, and internal and external communication. Therefore, the deputy director of the comprehensive department needs to cooperate with the work of the director, organize and coordinate many affairs of the comprehensive department, and make every effort to give full play to the comprehensive functions of the comprehensive department.
Second, the nature of the work of the General Department determines that it should not only serve the leadership work well, but also serve the work of various departments well.
