· Establish a special class promotion mechanism. · Establish a categorical visit mechanism. Clearly support the key visits of pillar enterprises, the precise visits of cultivating concerned enterprises, and the timely visits of other types of enterprises as needed, and adopt on-site visits, "Rongyijian· political and business talks", "Rongyijian· Tianjin business tea party", and Wednesday enterprise service days to achieve full coverage of visits to more than 1,000 enterprises in the region.
· Establish a mechanism for handling appeals. Form a closed-loop of "feedback, resolution, tracking, supervision, and efficiency" of enterprise demands, and promote simple problems to be handled on the same day; Complex problems are studied and solved by industry teams on a weekly basis; Difficult problems involving a wide range of areas and a long processing period shall be jointly assigned, tracked and supervised, and solved within a time limit by the general class and the target efficiency supervision and evaluation center; Problems that cannot be solved by the above mechanisms will be resolved by the general special class meeting in a centralized manner and in a coordinated manner. At the same time, the Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision carried out satisfaction evaluation in the form of on-site visits and telephone return visits. As of October 12, more than 660 enterprises have been visited, and more than 350 problems and difficulties have been solved in a timely manner.
