"My family of 4 has a share of the village collective, and today in addition to dividends, there is also a reward and subsidy for the land transferred, which is really good." Wu Guolian, a villager from the Eighth Society of Niuzhan Village, smiled happily with the 600 yuan cash she had just received.
In recent years, Niuzhan Village has focused on consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and fully implementing the rural revitalization strategy, continuously promoting the development and growth of the village collective economy, constantly improving the mechanism of linking the interests of farmers with farmers, and based on agricultural resources and characteristic advantages, it has built a new cooperation model of "party branch + company + cooperative + farmer". In 2021, Niuzhan Village will transfer 550 acres of land, strive for 3.5 million yuan of industrial support funds, build a tomato planting base, drive the employment of 360 people, and increase the collective economic income of the village by 180,000 yuan that year. In 2022, 2,100 acres of land will be transferred, a seedless watermelon planting base will be built, more than 420 people will be employed, and the village collective economic income will be increased by more than 50 yuan that year, so that the village collective economic achievements will benefit the whole people, and a good situation of "capital into shares, farmers into stockholders" and mass participation in diversified income increase has been realized.
