In recent years, the Cultural Affairs Bureau of Macao (IC) has launched online VR tours of a number of heritage sites and cultural facilities, allowing the public to explore 27 attractions and facilities from a fresh perspective, such as St. Paul's, Guia Lighthouse, A-Ma Temple, Municipal Affairs Bureau Building, etc., by simply visiting the online virtual exhibition hall (vr.icm.gov.mo/?lang=cn) on the Cultural Affairs Bureau's website.
The VR tour is available in Chinese, English and Portuguese, and in addition to providing "scenic interaction" and "exhibit interaction", the VR tour also adds internal and external models and surround videos according to the attributes of the World Heritage Sites, so as to better display the architectural and functional characteristics of the World Heritage Sites.
Taking the VR tour of the Ruins of St. Paul's as an example, you can switch the language in the upper right corner of the screen, and on the right are the functional options, including audio introduction, background music, select the tour area and floor plan, and the bottom can also switch between day and night mode (some attractions support this function).

Conservation of cultural heritage
This year, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the entry into force of the Law on the Protection of Macao's Cultural Heritage, the Cultural Affairs Bureau (IC) will hold the "Carnival 2024" on 26 and 27 October from 12 noon to 6 pm at the outdoor spaces of Crazy Hall Lane and Rua de Mae Shan Chi No. 5-7 to popularize the knowledge and legal content of Macao's cultural heritage. Admission is free of charge, and participants will receive souvenirs after completing a designated number of game booths.
