Second, the basic situation
There are a total of 8 development areas for land acquisition in this plan, which are located in Chonggang Street, Lou Street, Jieji Town, Meihua Town and Shiji Township, as detailed in the attached map.

In order to realize that Sihong County seizes the opportunities of national strategies such as the "Belt and Road" initiative and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta, and deeply integrates into the regional integration of the Yangtze River Delta, so that Sihong will become the county with the fastest economic development, the highest development quality, the most complete comprehensive service functions and the strongest radiation driving capacity on the border of Jiangsu and Anhui.

According to the requirements of the Notice of the Department of Natural Resources of Jiangsu Province on Printing and Distributing the Guidelines for the Preparation of Land Acquisition and Development Plans in Jiangsu Province (Trial) <> <江苏省土地征收成片开发方案审查要点>(Su Natural Resources [2021] No. 1028), the proportion of public welfare land in new urban areas and industry-city integration development areas is generally not less than 40%, and it is located in an industrial park approved by the people's government at or above the county level, which is dominated by industrial development, has a stable management organization and a clear spatial scope. In addition, the construction project is an industry-led development area (the area of industrial and mining land and storage land in the area accounts for more than 60% of the total area of the area), and the proportion of public welfare land is not less than 25%, and 8 areas of land acquisition and development in Sihong County No. 2024-02 have been demarcated. 8. Proposed construction projects, development timing and implementation plans
The proposed construction projects within the development area are mainly industrial, residential and commercial projects, supporting the construction of infrastructure, and it is planned to start land acquisition in batches from 2025 to 2028.
9. Suitability of site selection
The project site does not have the current geological hazards, and is not in the geological disaster-prone area.
