Luo Bin, female, Tujia family, Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province, is currently a member of the China Artists Association, vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Women Painters Association, a researcher and special painter of the Beijing Nanhai Painting Institute.
He graduated from Hunan Institute of Arts and Crafts design in 1989, studied in the first landscape painting advanced research class of the China Artists Association from 2005 to 2006, and studied at the Fan Yang Studio of the National Academy of Painting of China from 2006 to 2007. He has published many works in national academic journals such as People's Daily, Fine Arts Magazine, Fine Arts Daily, and China Painting and Calligraphy Daily. Some of his works are collected by collectors, art galleries, and art galleries.

In 2001, the landscape painting "Soul Heavenly Gate" was selected for the 60th anniversary of the publication of the "Commemoration of Mao Zedong's Speech at the Yan'an Literary and Art Forum" national art exhibition of the China Artists Association, and won the bronze medal in the Hunan exhibition area.
